"Where am I?" A person looked around the blank area, more of a blank soul however.
"Hello stranger." A voice spoke.
The person looked to the person and saw a girl with red horns, looking utterly disheveled.
"Who, why, where, and how." The person was confused, 'I can't remember my own name...'
"You died, and so have I." The horned one started, "But I will resurrect, I don't want that, I've lived long enough."
"So I will give you an opportunity, I will give you my knowledge and abilities."
The soul was going to speak, but realized anything they said before was actually not said at all, as they don't have a mouth.
"I was a demon to be summoned so you will gain the ability to go to other worlds up being summoned, however you cannot lie and must do a deal to stay or return to the world." She explained.
'At least I know she isn't lying then.' The soul thought.
"You will also gain the ability of 'assimilation' to take traits from thing that have been consumed."
She sighed as her tone became serious, "However, you will also obtain the [Absolute Solver], it is a program that was sealed within me, however those dumbasses tried putting me into a robotic body as a test subject."
"Meaning it will be unsealed, I no not of its purpose, be careful." The soul was apprehensive at this but she spoke once more.
"And to sweeten up the deal you will regain your memories from your life." The soul instantly accepted.
"Thank you, for my final deal." She nodded as the deal was sealed into their souls.
"Also there's a scientist who tested on me repeatably, kill him for me will you?" She asked as she started disappearing to which the soul agreed.
-Somewhere, Earth-
"Complete failure!" A man in lab coats yelled, looking at a humanoid robot, and there was a lifeless body hooked up to cords and wires next to it.
"They didn't transfer AT ALL!" He was shouting at this point.
"Guards!" Armored people came at his call, "Throw this junk in the pit with rest, along with the corpse."
"Hopefully this got rid of her." He said to himself with a smile.
As the guards went away they gossiped to each other.
"What do you think his plan is?" Guard A asked.
"Probably something to make himself immortal." B gave his opinion.
"Isn't making yourself immortal against the foundations rules?" C questioned.
"Yes, if he's found out he'll be demoted to D-class." D answered
"Should we say something?" C wondered.
"Yes, after delivering these, I don't want to carry these the entire time." A approved as he glanced at the heavy robot carried in his arms.
"I imagine he could make a lot of money with just the robot, I mean look at how human it looks." A showed the others what was under the covers. "Beside the anime girl look and the fact it's eyes are actually visors."
C looked over, "Yeah, but it's creepy that he didn't close the eyes, but purple is quite unique of a choice." He observed the still image on it, but was also curious as to why he was holding like that so he asked.
"Why are you giving it a princess carry though?"
"Who knows when I'd need to save a princess in distress." He stated calmly as the rest laughed.
"HAHA HA ha... we don't see many woman and if there's a breach, they'd be dead." D said, dropping the mood.
"It was ok to laugh man but why'd you have to say that?" B was saddened by his comment.
"I agree." The rest said.
"Ok sorry..." He conceded before changing the topic, "Anyways you guys got a look, it's my turn."
He pulled the sheet off it's face.
"Didn't you say purple eyes?" D was confused, "It has yellow eyes and a weird symbol in one of the iris's." He pointed to it.
His comment made them stop in their tracks and stare.
"What it's true!" He turned it's head and the others saw what he saw.
The others observed and saw purple eyes.
"Ha Ha." B gave a sarcastic laugh, "Stop stalling we've still have to get rid of these."
He looked back, and the eyes were indeed purple, so he was confused.
But his comments ruined the mood and they didn't speak until they reached "The Pit".
"Welp, let's go report that guy." A said as he dumped the corpse while C awkwardly carried it down.
"It's a lot harder to set this down when it isn't alive... I guess that's why it's meant for people to be set on something or just... alive." C commented as he let it slip into the hole.
*SCREECH*
The sound made them cringe a little.
"That's why you drop it in," A complained, "It fell and scratched at the sides as it went down."
With that, they left to report the scientist.
However, in The Pit, a robot was on the side on a small lip in the wall.
*thump... thump*
The core of the robot thumped like a heart.
Soon, the core was no longer just clocks and wires, it was also alive with beating flesh.
...
*beep*
The fingers twitched as it booted to life.
It tried standing but failed leaving it to it's thoughts.
"What happened?" It said to itself as it's memories recollected.
'I was a singer, I died, I met someone who I made a deal with and accepted.' She remembered, 'She also allowed me to regain my own memories but there's also the [ABSOLUTE SOLVER]'
"Wait [ABSOLUTE SOLVER]!?" She yelled out as she remembered it as a mysterious virus that desires destruction of life.
However as soon as she said its name, a gnawing hunger clawed at her.
She held where her stomach should be, "I'm a robot! Why do I feel this!?"
As she looked around, she saw a pile of corpses on the ledge with her.
As she looked, a text box appeared in her vision.
[ _MATCOLLECTION started]
"Wha-?" As soon as it appeared, flesh tendrils came out of her back, consuming biological matter.
It quickly finished, leaving her alone on the ledge.
"I should get out of here, the knowledge given is only for being a demon and it's rules, as well summoning and deal stuff." She put her hand to her chin as her hunger disappeared temporarily.
"I should give myself a name, new life new me." She said to herself.
"I've got it!" She got one, "Pandora! Cuz I'm not to be opened haha ha ha..."
