Kozuki Toya staggered slightly, crimson streaking across his chest from Neraxis's previous assault. He murmured grimly, "Neraxis's mirror shard technique… it extracts force directly from the opponent's body. When the shards explode or break, the pain is transferred back. There's almost no way to counter it. Even a scratch… can devastate your body from the inside."
Yura's lips were bloodied, his movements stiff from fatigue, yet his eyes burned with unyielding determination. Without hesitation, he sprinted toward the City of Lie, each step shaking the rubble-strewn streets beneath him.
Kozuki Toya followed, his own injuries slowing him only slightly. The wind carried the faint echo of distant screams and the metallic scent of blood and debris, as if the city itself sensed the approaching storm.
The City of Lie awaited—Neraxis was already there, waiting, the shadows of chaos stretching out like fingers across the streets.
