The third thing they did after the competition was to officially join the sect. Apparently, they aren't members of the Four Directions Sect just because they had survived the initiation program. They still have to undergo a registration process.
The registration procedure was easy and straightforward. Information about them, such as their name and pathway, was taken and used to fill a form. If they had joined a society, they were also required to write down the name of the society that they had joined in the form.
