Gekko Moriah immediately spotted the one at the very front, Kaido, who, like him, had two horns on his head, stood seven meters tall, and possessed Ogre blood.
"Hahahahaha, Boss, the Beasts Pirates are here, perfect! It saves us the trouble of looking for them!"
Willow Gyakula said excitedly.
"Heh heh heh, leave Kaido to me, you guys handle the rest!!"
Gekko Moriah, carrying a huge long sword, charged forward first. His height, nearly seven meters, was not at all smaller than Kaido's.
"Kaido, prepare to die!!"
Gekko Moriah charged forward, closing in on Kaido. In an instant, his long sword, hardened with black Haki, slashed towards Kaido's head.
"Ugh Cluck, cluck, cluck, Gekko Moriah, do you really think you're worthy of competing with me for territory?"
Kaido swung his spiked club, Hachisai Kai, similarly reinforced it with Busoshoku Haki, and smashed it forward.

As the long sword and spiked club collided, violent aftershocks spread out. Both sides were pushed back by their respective forces after only a brief stalemate.

As Gekko Moriah raised the long sword in his hand, a large amount of shadow power gathered on it. As he brought his sword down, a massive black shadow slash, over a hundred meters long, sliced towards Kaido at extremely high speed.
"Ugh Cluck, cluck, cluck, don't think you're the only one with Devil Fruit power, I have it too!"
As he spoke, Kaido immediately entered his human-dragon form.
"Thunder Bagua!"
With a burst of immense power, Kaido dodged Gekko Moriah's shadow slash. Vast electrical power surged into his spiked club, and then he rapidly closed in on Gekko Moriah, smashing it with full force towards his head.
"What? How is he so fast!"
Gekko Moriah hadn't expected Kaido to be so fast. Caught off guard, he could only block with his sword in front of him.
"Bang!!!"
Kaido's immense power directly smashed Gekko Moriah's sword back into himself, sending Gekko Moriah flying hundreds of meters away.
"Cough cough, damn you, Kaido, die!"
"Horn Spear Shadow!!!"
Gekko Moriah coughed up blood, furious. As the terrifying shadow power surged from his body, the shadow behind Kaido actually transformed into a giant spear and stabbed towards Kaido's heart from behind.
"Harden!"
After sensing the danger behind him, Kaido immediately shifted his body and defended with Busoshoku Haki.
However, the penetrating power of the shadow spear was extremely strong. Even so, the shadow spear pierced through Kaido's double defense of Busoshoku and dragon scales.
However, by this point, the shadow spear had lost momentum. It only managed to penetrate five centimeters into Kaido's body before being stopped by his bones!

The moment Kaido's entire body was enveloped in lightning, his speed became even faster than before. A bolt of lightning was seen rapidly rushing towards Moriah.
"Shadow Warrior!!"
Seeing that his ability had failed to severely wound Kaido, Gekko Moriah's pupils immediately contracted, and he instantly swapped places with a shadow he had created in the distance.
