The Kobold Chieftain fell silent for a moment, looking at his much cleaner fur:
"I heard that Milady is very fond of cleanliness; there is even a place built specifically for bathing in the castle. If we want to eat delicious food, we must obey Milady's rules."
Hearing this, the other Kobolds who were lying down drying their fur wailed miserably. They seemed unable to imagine how to live a life where they had to bathe every day; it was truly too terrifying, a torture worse than starvation.
"Drink the ginger soup, drink it before you continue drying your fur." From afar, Jasmine had finished cooking the ginger soup. The spicy scent of ginger drifted with the wind as she called the Kobolds back.
The Kobold Chieftain scrambled up, shaking the fur that was still dripping water on his body. Water droplets splashed everywhere as he trotted towards the fragrant smell.
