Merath could not but recall Simon's sky blue eyes which contained not a single bit of fear or anxiety.
Although they were in a safe zone back then, every single candidate she had encountered was always anxious of their surroundings.
They were never truly calm like Simon.
"He's handsome and his eyes were truly beautiful." She mumbled underneath her breath, causing Jorra's lips to twitch.
He shook his head slightly. "Actually, he's just slightly like us. He's still far away from being like us."
Merath remained silent and just stared at the corpse in front of her for a few seconds, then she smiled.
"I know that. He has only awakened a fraction of his Daemon bloodline, but it still makes him one of us."
