Aracki asked nervously.
"That depends on your performance," Gohan replied calmly.
"My performance?"
"If you acknowledge me as your master, I can spare you."
"Acknowledge you as my master?"
Gohan nodded.
"No. I am the King of the Demon Realm. How could I serve a mere human?" Aracki refused.
Gohan slowly raised his right hand. A purple sphere of Destruction energy condensed in his palm and aimed directly at Aracki.
The moment Aracki felt that power, an overwhelming sense of dread surged through both his body and soul.
Destruction energy could erase everything, even souls.
Aracki had no doubt that if he refused again, he would be completely wiped out.
"Aracki, are you sure you don't want to reconsider?" Gohan asked calmly.
"Uh... after thinking carefully, you are wise and powerful. It wouldn't be so bad to become your subordinate," Aracki said quickly.
Gohan dispersed the Destruction energy.
"Really?"
"Really!"
"Good. Since you are willing, I will tell you my rules."
"Rules?"
"First, you cannot harm Earthlings. Second, you must obey my commands unconditionally."
"Anything else?"
"For now, those two are enough. I'll add more later if needed."
"Alright," Aracki agreed.
At that moment, Videl and the others flew down.
They landed beside Gohan.
"Brother, isn't that Aracki?" Goten asked.
Gohan nodded.
"Then why didn't you eliminate him?"
Gohan smiled.
"After talking with him, he has decided to turn over a new leaf."
"Turn over a new leaf?"
"Yes."
Gohan looked at Aracki.
"H-hello," Aracki forced an awkward smile.
Videl and the others were visibly startled.
"Gohan, are you going to let him go?" Videl asked.
"No. From now on, he'll live with Majin Buu. When he's free, he can even be your sparring partner."
"Sparring partner?"
Gohan nodded.
"Brother, then let him spar with me. I've condensed a lot more glass recently," Lagss said confidently.
"Alright."
Gohan handed Aracki a Senzu Bean.
"What's this?"
"A Senzu Bean. Eat it, and your injuries will fully heal."
Aracki hesitated but swallowed it.
Immediately, his body recovered completely.
"My injuries are gone!"
"Brother, can I fight him now?" Lagss asked eagerly.
"You can, but don't go too hard on him."
Aracki snorted inwardly. He lost to Gotenks because of Fusion, but he refused to believe he couldn't defeat a little girl.
"Glass!"
Lagss instantly formed dozens of sharp, arrow-like glass shards around her.
Aracki's confidence wavered slightly.
"Trash, are you ready?" Lagss asked.
"I'm not trash. I'm Aracki!"
"Oh. Then Aracki, are you ready?"
"I... I am."
Cold sweat ran down his forehead.
Lagss launched her attack.
Aracki dodged while firing Ki blasts to destroy the incoming glass.
After a short battle, his back was pierced with countless shards, making him look like a hedgehog.
Goten and the others burst out laughing.
Gohan tossed him another Senzu Bean to restore him.
That evening, Aracki was taken to Majin Buu's house.
Late at night, Aracki pretended to go to the bathroom and secretly escaped.
When Majin Buu realized he had not come out for a long time, he checked and found him gone. He immediately went to Goku's house to inform Gohan.
"Aracki escaped?" Goten asked.
Majin Buu nodded.
"It's fine. He can't escape," Gohan said with a faint smile.
West City.
Aracki deliberately chose to walk instead of fly to conceal his energy. He traveled all night.
By morning, he reached the border between Earth and the Demon Realm.
"Beautiful Demon Realm, I'm back!"
He stepped inside.
"Hey."
A familiar voice suddenly sounded behind him.
Aracki froze and slowly turned around.
Gohan stood there calmly.
"S-Son Gohan!"
"You're very cautious. You walked all night just to hide your energy," Gohan said with a smile.
"How did you know?"
"I know everything."
"Master, I was wrong. I'll never escape again. I swear there won't be a next time."
"And if there is?" Gohan asked coldly.
"If there is, you can kill me."
"Good. This is your last chance."
"Yes, Master."
Gohan placed two fingers on his forehead and used Instant Transmission, bringing Aracki back to Majin Buu's house.
"Aracki!" Majin Buu shouted.
"M-Majin Buu!"
"Where did you run off to last night?"
"I'm sorry. I secretly tried to return to the Demon Realm."
"Return to the Demon Realm?"
"I won't do it again. I promise."
"Really?"
"Really!"
"Majin Buu, I'll leave him to you," Gohan said.
Majin Buu nodded.
Gohan then used Instant Transmission and left.
Three days later.
Universe 9, Planet Blue.
