The message appeared right as Julian had just finished a long scene.
We need to talk, Julian, or I will expose everything about you and Scarlett. I'll be waiting for you at the apartment tonight.
Selena's name was clearly displayed on his phone screen.
Julian stopped in his tracks. His jaw tightened. His fingers clenched around the phone so hard his knuckles turned pale. Selena was still the same as always, stubborn, demanding, and always knowing exactly where to strike.
"Damn it…" he muttered under his breath.
He closed his eyes for a moment, took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down. Anger wouldn't solve anything. Selena was not someone he could deal with through emotional outbursts.
Once he felt steady enough, Julian slipped his phone into his jacket pocket and returned to the set as if nothing had happened.
