Based on what Fei Yuan had said, the fetus would require a tremendous amount of energy in the later stages of gestation, so what she had probably wasn't enough. To be safe, it was best to find more Spiritual Materials and Beast Crystals.
High-Rank Spiritual Materials and Beast Crystals were rare and hard to come by, usually only found in special Secret Realms.
These Secret Realms were home to many High-Rank, King-Rank, and even more powerful Star Beasts.
