Jason burst into laughter and charged straight at Kyo.
"Brute."
Kyo spat out the word.
His figure flashed
And he appeared at the doorway.
"If you've got the guts, then follow me!"
He taunted Jason with a glance and vanished in a few rapid flashes.
Kyo had no intention of fighting inside his own house.
If they tore the place apart, it would be a massive loss.
More importantly, this was a residential area.
Too much noise would draw attention.
If someone witnessed him fighting a ghoul and reported it to the CCG, his peaceful days would be over.

The pillar instantly filled with fractures
And moments later, it collapsed with a thunderous roar, sending dust and debris flying everywhere.
