CHAPTER 2
Once they had finished their little banter of grouping up they silently stood their dumbly looking at each other with faces that rather screamed "what should we do?" It was helpless the 15 people present were silent for what felt like forever then finally someone spoke out "what should we do? " minyung sighed heavily so much for getting his hopes up they soon figured out they didn't know what to do.
That damm fatass didn't say anything about what to do! Of course it wasn't their fault Minyung cursed mentally just his luck, but by this point the hunter was already gone to who knows where.
Zhao baijie suddenly spoke out "why don't we split up in groups and explore the cabin? Great idea right? "
Zhao baijie smirked to himself dumbly then proceeded to say shamelessly"I accept compliments but I want donations too~ " Like sure anyone would donate you some money in this situation, but minyung couldn't help but admit it he was kinda right instead of all of them standing their wasting time they should probably explore the cabin.
The ice king spoke "if anyone finds the hunter tell me" his voice was icy and cold minyung had to admit it, its best to not mess with them But the source of ice kings frustration was reasonable
The hunter was playing with them deliberately telling them important information but not all of it in the process.
Zhao baiji snickered hearing the ice kings words before baijie could say more Minyung interrupted Zhao baijie and said abruptly "Let's just start exploring already its best if we stop wasting time"Before minyung could say more the ice king grabbed Zhao baijie's arm roughly and said "his coming with me." Minyung narrowed his eyes "I grabbed him first and I already teamed up with him dude." The ice king glared and yanked Zhao baijie but minyung instinctively's grabbed baijies arm yanking in the process Dammit this guy! So much for admiring his stubborn face!!
Minyung glared at this guy and thought, if he could flip him off he could..wait he could, minyung then proceeded scolded himself for being so dumb soon he then minyung proceeded to flip this guy off shamelessly with both of his hands which only manadge to make the ice king even madder, dammit this guy's annoying as hell!! Can't this guy just stop his been trying to fuck me up every single way possible!

After a while of bantering and fighting tug of war but ths time poor Zhao baijie as the rope, Zhao baijie
Finally said in an rather annoyed tone "Hey are you two done? Can't we just explore together? Two two have been tugging on my arms for 1 hour now."
"Together?! You wish this guy a fucking asshole!!"
Minyung was so frustrated as pissed off to the point of him proceeding to use his mother language ~ "JAPANESE"~. He had never in his life of 18 years living quietly and peacefully has he been pissed of by someone he barely knew and just met.
The two of them proceeded to look at minyung with genuine suprised faces taking a moment to process what the guy just said then as quickly as wind the ice king seemed to catch up with minyungs antics and followed suit,they started trash talking in their mother language non stop if you just listen to their banter they sounded like Mexican moms fighting each other but with words damm Zhao baijie felt like he was the one being insulted being in the middle of the two a series of Korean and Japanese colorful words danced together...no more like beat each other up flowing into baijies ears like a song.
Now Zhao baijie really needed popcorn. And ear plugs at that.
After a while minyung had enough and yanked baijie into his side and shouted "Dammit his coming with me whether you like it or not you stubborn fuck!! He barely knows you?! why should he come with you?!" As they proceeded to walk away with Zhao baijie practically being dragged along like a dog without a leash minyung soon glanced back at the asshole, soon finding the asshole wasn't following but glaring at minyung as if he was trying to read a book with secrets up its sleeves the ice king's glare was cold, cold enough to cut Glass at any given second but the guy didn't move as if he was really analyzing minyung and coldly watching them walk away.
Was this guy insane? Probably wish I could steal that face and make it mine the guys personality was trash anyways.
On the way to the second floor Zhao baijie slowly spoke up in a rather flirtatious tone of voice "hehe I'm I really that important min min? I feel like treasure~ "
Minyung dropped him to the ground glaring and then proceeded to walk up the stairs baijie soon followed suit, they soon started to explore the cabin room after room and floor after floor, nothing to see and what minyung meant by that is that their wasn't a single shit worthy of taking note and worse once they grouped up again no one had seen the hunter and it was getting late.
They were all silent before ice king who had gotten dumped just 2 hours ago spoke up" we should sleep in the rooms upstairs we don't have much information right now if we proceed on going on about without info we might just fuck our selves up those who are hungry bear with it."
Minyung sighed slowly calming down even though he hated the guy he still wanted to team up he wa slather very smart and probably knew more then them.
Minyung slowly approached the guy resisting the urge to pull out his signature middle finger and stopped infront of the guy.
The ice king looked down and glared.
Minyung sighed and slowly said in a strained voice resisting the urge to shout at him damm minyung had never gotten so worked up by someone he barely knew. He slowly spoke up "I wanna team up"
Ice King stared down at Minyung for a long moment, his expression unreadable. The air between them was thick enough to cut – and with his glare, he probably could have done it.
Then, without warning, he let out a short, sharp laugh that sent chills down everyone's spine. "Team up? You just flipped me off twice and called me every name in the book."
"Yeah, well, you were being an asshole so you kinda deserved it you treated me like an asshole so I treated you like one it's called fair play mr" Minyung grumbled, shoving his hands in his pockets, "I'm not here to make friends. I'm here to figure out what the hell is going on before that hunter decides to play another sick game with us."
Zhao Baijie had crept up beside them, rubbing his arm where he'd been grabbed earlier. "Hehe finally teaming up after using me as a human rope? Great."
Ice King's gaze shifted to Baijie, then back to Minyung. After another beat of silence, he let out a heavy sigh. "Fine. But you better listen to me. No more bickering in languages we can't all understand – some of us here don't speak Korean or Japanese, you know."
Minyung opened his mouth to argue, then glanced around at the other group members who were watching them nervously. He clamped his jaw shut and nodded. "Deal. But if you pull any more crap like grabbing people without asking..."
"I'll do what needs to be done,and you better listen whether you like it or not." Ice King cut him off sharply. "Now let's get everyone settled in rooms first. We'll pair up so no one's alone. Tomorrow morning, we search again, but this time systematically. Every corner, every drawer, every floorboard. That hunter must have left clues somewhere otherwise this level is just fucked up."
As they began assigning rooms, Minyung found himself paired with ice king great just his beautiful lovable luck, and baijie had been assigned in the room next to them, well no shit Sherlock.
as they climbed the stairs to their room Zhao baijie spoke. "Well would you look at that minmin were neighbors ~"
As they slowly make their way upstairs minyung had opened the door was immediately hit with a depressing looking room well damm just his luck.
There were two beds on each sides with desk and trash Bin's next to the beds atleats the bed looked a little decent he could certainly sleep here peacefully I mean he has slept in worse places anyways.
As time passed by ice King also entered shortly following suit minyung couldn't help but notice the way ice kings face grimaced at the sight
Minyung couldn't hold back a snicker of amusement.
Ice King seemed to notice atleast the bed was salvageable and made a quick decision before laying back on it staring at the ceiling with a blank expression.
Minyung spoke out breaking the tension between them "hey, since we're working together shouldn't you tell me your name?" The ice king sighed and stayed silent then said in a low voice" sung myanjun"
Sun myanjun what a unique name mhm his parents must have thought about it real hard.
"So myanjun do you know something about these kinds if situations?" I mean he looked like someone who did, myanjun stayed quiet and frowned before looking directly at him "I'm not sure like everyone else I'm new"
What do you mean you don't know?! you literally said earlier you had entered some of these and now your keeping quiet?! The guy was keeping quiet it was so obvious this damm assh- okay it kinda makes since why, but still, rude.
As they proceeded to get ready for bed minyung stood up and was getting ready to turn off the lights but before he could the clock hit 1am amd a loud shot was suddenly heard echoing loudly into the dark cabin minyung froze and listened carefully it had become eerily quiet then usual the only noise was the slight crick of the cabin and wind blowing through the small gaps of the wood through their door, cold air. Minyung then glanced at myanjun.
Myanjun slowly sat up on the bed and looked around "It's time..hunting time"
Minyungs jaw dropped "hunting what?!"
Myanjun glared "keep quiet."
Minyung had shutten up and slowly walked to the closed window looking outside it was pitch dark suddenly a loud scream echoed loudly through the cabin it was coming from the living room..."help! Help!please help me anyone help the hunters eating!!....ME!!!"
Minyung paused....eating a person?..I thought the snow woman was the boss in this elevator...
Myajun "it's her the Yuki-onna"
Minyung paused and looked shocked "yuki onna?"
Myanjun glared "I'm guessing you know her since her folktale comes from Japan."
Minyung spoke up "yeas I do.."
"Good"
Myanjun sat back down on his bed "Let's ignore her for now someone dumb enough to help someone in the middle of the night especially in an elevator level is dumber then you."
Minyung looked outterly bewildered and offended "excuse me I'm a top A student."
Myanjun glared "grades don't prove intellectual intelligence and knowledge your just students learning to repeat what the teacher says and follow rules."
Minyung shut up he can't argue with that especially when what he said was actually half true, damm this mf.
If what myanjun said was true that it was yuki onna then she was smart enough to lead out bait the fact almost half of the 15 people had saw how easily the hunter was subdued by him,Zhao,and myanjun so in that case some of them might have gotten to confident and they would be overly confident and confidently help whatever was downstairs thinking they could subdue the hunter easily to like what the three of them did so in that case yuki onna might have spied on them while discussing.
