Lucy gasped as she woke up from her state. She immediately looked around to see Maine, Dorio and Falco. As they were already driving away.
"Where's Ace!?"
"He said was going to hold them off, giving us time to escape."
Maine responded as Lucy tried to move.
"Relax Lucy, don't push yourself."
Dorio put a hand on her shoulder. Lucy shook her head she was worried for him. Even if she didn't know what capability he has. She tried to get a hold of the situation as she plugged herself to the car port. She heard frequencies and found who was here.
"I hear NCPD's.....Trauma team too."
She now truly was worried, but she wasn't in the right shape.
Falco hit the gas pedal as Lucy was about to yell at him.
(Lucy don't worry about me, it flatters my heart knowing my woman cares for me a lot.)
He teased and Lucy just smiled even with worry flashing across her face. He had the same confident and unfazed tone. Like nothing can defeat him, he always carried himself that way.

She gave in and trusted him diverting the incoming officers and soldiers.
"You ok Lucy?"
"I'm, just continue driving forward."
"Hmm? One moment you wanted to rush in for him and now you're not?"
Maine found it interesting, thought he didn't know if he was grateful to be forced to obey his word.
"Lets have faith in Lucy's bodyguard."
Lucy already understood even without waking up that Ace appeared before them.

Ace grinned hearing her soft voice. As he looked around and the door busted down. Showing police officers drawn with their weapons pointed at him. He could run and disappear like nothing.
Why shed blood?
Where he can just leave and they wouldn't be able to do a dam thing. But he was here fulfilling his contract. He was Lucy's bodyguard so why not indulge in a little killing.
Innocent officers doing their jobs or soldiers doing the same to try to stop him. He didn't care about being the bad guy.

They fired bullets only for Ace to slice each bullet in half with such godlike speed. But for them they didn't even see him move. Just staying still for the bullets to fall to the ground.
"Monster!"
"Keep firing!"
Another officer yelled with a submachine gun fired his weapon. Ace moved as he grasped the handle of his katana. He ducked and quickly sliced his whole surrounding. Cutting every NCPD officer in half. Which also the building was cut in half.
Debre fell everywhere to the streets. As he spotted two flying aircraft coming close.
"Fire at him!"
Not knowing what just happened they had more fire power and better equipment shot their bullets at Ace.

He was just using swordsmanship to kill them, nothing of the ordinary.

The aircraft was cut in half and they were falling to their death. The other one had someone shouldering a explosive weapon.
"I got this! Eat this fucker!"

Slow motion, Ace just put his katana in front of the explosive bullet. Slicing it half as they exploded on each of his sides. He as unaffected as he stood there unharmed. The trauma team was shocked, as they tried to go up more.
Ace ran at them and jumped and gripped on the bar beneath the aircraft.
"How yah fellas doing?"
They were shocked how he jumped that high.

He had his head cut in half. Ace then cut the other guy into cubes while he calmly got on board. The trauma soldier last one there trembled as the pilots felt their back sweat in fear.
"Just here doing my thing, sorry about it guys that you had to stumble upon my woman."
He just smiled like nothing, a very dangerous smile.
"W-Wait! N-No! Aaaaah!!!"
The remaining soldiers screamed at the terrifying man that Ace was.
