High above the Divine Realm of Gods and Deities, the Supreme Higher God Atlas, who existed among the first gods to ascend from the Median Realm, had spent a millennium attempting to break through to beyond godhood. During his seclusion, he left the most powerful Pantheon in the divine realm to its own devices, unaware of the festering rot spreading within it. Conspiracies took root, spearheaded by certain higher gods and their chosen acolytes, who, despite their above-average talents, professions, and comprehension of laws, still begged desperately to be accepted by the Supreme.
"I actually failed, but managed to illuminate the path forward and grasp the fundamentals needed to proceed. Too bad my laws are not sufficient," said the Supreme being, whose entire visage was entropied, his divine light a shadow of his radiant past self. His senses were dulled, or perhaps he no longer cared, since with his powerful divine sense, he could perceive many menacing divine auras belonging to divine beings waiting outside his hidden realm pocket, their intentions filled with malice and greed evident in their holy eyes.
As he got out of the hidden realm, it was surrounded by a myriad of beings, including divine beasts tamed by Gods and their acolytes. Leading them were his Four Acolytes and Three Gods. "So, would you all like pointers? We can head to the Divine Realm. This grotto is just my cultivation Realm. Also, today is really not it since I just failed to transcend and I'm rather tired." The acolytes and the Leading Gods simply could not believe those words, and it took a while to comprehend them.
Valen Morticar, his favourite acolyte, finally broke the ice "Master, it has been a millenium since you left us and a lot has changed, my two junior brother Caelan and Sister Iria were severely injured after they refused to work with us to seize a path forward from you and escaped, probably dead since their divinity was erased, and your Pet Kaelvorn is imprisoned while everyone here today would like pointers but not in the way that you assume".
