Within Yin-Yang Release, the use of Yang Release and Yin Release, and the nature and form changes of their chakra, exist on completely different levels. If Sage of Six Paths wished, he could even create living people.
Everyone else, including the Nara Clan and the Akimichi Clan, only grasped the surface and were nowhere near Yin-Yang Release. Even the Tailed Beast Ball used by the Tailed Beasts relied only on extreme nature and form changes of Yin Release chakra and Yang Release chakra, just like the Nara Clan and Akimichi Clan.
Aside from the former Sage of Six Paths, no one had mastered Yin-Yang Release. And yet.
"How is this possible!" Toneri Father stared in disbelief. "That monster is the ultimate Yin Release creation of Yin-Yang Release?!"
Before this, he had not drawn chakra from the Giant Tenseigan on the Moon, so he had not understood what the existence of "Uzumaki" truly meant. Now, through part of the Giant Tenseigan's power, he could clearly see its essence.
That thing had no life force at all. There was no flesh or blood inside its body, only an empty shell created through Yin Release shaping form from nothing.
How could anyone in the filthy Ninja World achieve such a thing?
"F Father!"
Toneri tugged at his clothes, pulling him back from his stunned state. At this moment, the dark red light gathered before that "Yin Release creation" already carried a threat that could end his life.
This was not any technique Toneri Father had known before. If Tailed Beast Ball mixed Yin Release and Yang Release chakra in a ratio of two to eight, compressing them before release, then the technique used by this "Yin Release creation" was pure Yin Release chakra compressed to extreme density, more violent and more unstable than Tailed Beast Ball.
"Toneri! Hide well!"
Without hesitation, Toneri Father shouted and rapidly formed seals, drawing even more Chakra. They were completely locked on by that monster, with no time to escape its range, and the only option left was to endure it head on.
The dark red energy before "Uzumaki" reached its limit, shining like an eye opening in the depths of hell. This technique was called Cero.
A tearing roar erupted, not like an explosion, but deeper and more piercing. The sound rang sharply in everyone's ears, and the terrible recoil shattered the ground beneath their feet.
Behind them, the sudden impact nearly blew the slender Miyashiro En away, twisting his face and whipping his hair in the blast. "What is this?" he cried.
The rushing pressure twisted the air like a solid wall, forcing Miyashiro En and Kakuzu to hold their breath. Their eyes shook as they burned this scene into their minds.
If Tailed Beast Ball was a weapon that relied on the momentum of a launched projectile before exploding, then Cero was like a laser cannon. It fired a high energy beam for fast, precise, direct strikes.
A dark red beam made of highly compressed Yin Release chakra burst from the mouth of "Uzumaki". Wherever it passed, air, rain, dust, everything vanished at once, leaving a vacuum path where even space showed blackLie seams.
Crossing a distance of thousands of meters, it arrived almost instantly. Carrying the will to destroy everything, it shot straight at Toneri and his father.
In silence, Toneri Father raised his hands, eyes wide, and forced more chakra from the Giant Tenseigan, turning repulsion into a barrier before him. The red beam crashed into it like a raging flood, painting heaven and earth in different colors.
The rain curtain vanished in an instant, and the night sky burned red as if the world itself were on fire. Cracking sounds rang out as the repulsive barrier slowly broke apart like an eggshell under the pure annihilating force of Cero.
"Damn it! Damn it! How is this possible?!"
Under the massive recoil, blood bloomed from Toneri Father's raised arms, and his face twisted pale and fierce. Why would such a monster appear in the Ninja World?
As this thought flashed through his mind, he stared at the shadow beside that "Yin Release creation" and suddenly saw a pair of familiar eyes filled with the same shock. That was the Rinnegan recorded in legend.
"So it was you!"
Toneri Father's eyes filled with blood as he roared, "Thieves who stole the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path!"
Sage of Six Paths feared that the enormous Chakra of the Ten-Tails would bring disaster to the world, so he extracted the Chakra of the Ten-Tails and created the Nine Tailed Beasts to weaken it. After that, the body of the Ten-Tails that had lost its Chakra, which is now the Gedo Statue, was sealed on the Moon. Hamura Otsutsuki and his descendants guarded it on the Moon for generations.
It could be said that guarding the body of the Ten-Tails, the Gedo Statue, was one of the missions of the Otsutsuki Clan. However, someone had stolen the Gedo Statue, and this was no longer a minor incident but a true violation of their bottom line. "What?" When the person in the sky spoke the words Gedo Statue, Nagato's Rinnegan tightened slightly. Who were these two, that they knew of the Gedo Statue and could use a repulsive force similar to Shinra Tensei?
"Father!" Amid fear and rage, Toneri cried out in panic. That cry seemed to harden his resolve, and a flash of madness and determination crossed his eyes. He decided to kill the thieves who stole the Gedo Statue here, and to ensure that Toneri returned safely to the Moon.
Normal methods could no longer block Cero, and to protect Toneri he had to pay a price. He turned sharply toward Toneri and spoke through clenched teeth, his voice filled with hatred. "Remember them, remember those two below, and kill them all. Destroy the world of Sage of Six Paths."
"But before you obtain the Tenseigan, do not return to the Ninja World." Toneri Otsutsuki seemed to realize what this meant, and his young face changed at once. He hurriedly said, "No, do not, Father…"
Before he could finish, Toneri's father rose into the air and extended one hand toward Toneri. With a loud impact, the repulsive force sent Toneri and the flying Ninja Tool shooting upward at even greater speed toward the Moon. As he diverted part of his power, the barrier that was already under extreme strain shattered.
Even though Toneri Father did everything he could to deflect the beam with repulsive force, Cero still struck half of his body directly. There was no earth shaking explosion, only silent vaporization. Half his body vanished on contact with the red beam, breaking apart and exposing spraying blood and pale bone.
Even the clouds above were pierced through by the beam, letting starlight and moonlight fall from beyond. "Father!" As Toneri Otsutsuki was carried farther away, his perception showed him his father's horrific state, and sorrow and fury flooded him at once. He could not look away.
Spitting out a mouthful of glowing blood, Toneri Father screamed in agony, yet he still raised his arm toward the night sky with a twisted expression. Seeing the black chains about to fire again at Toneri, he poured all his remaining strength into this final technique. He activated the Giant Tenseigan on the Moon.
With this last technique, he intended to destroy every threat Toneri might face in the future. "Come!" he roared hoarsely. A powerful pull descended from the Moon and seized a massive rock orbiting beyond the planet.
High in the night sky, the thick gray clouds were torn open into a nearly circular gap. What appeared within was not the stars, but the outline of a vast burning mass. A meteor was being dragged down by the power of the Giant Tenseigan on the Moon, breaking through the atmosphere with force enough to destroy everything.
The flaming meteor ripped through the clouds as it fell. The air around it was compressed and ignited, forming visible white shock rings that spread outward. Fear seized the entire battlefield at once.
Whether it was the fighting Konoha Ninja and Sunagakure Ninja, or the stunned Nagato, Kakuzu, and Miyashiro En, everyone froze. Their pupils widened in shock, blood seemed to stop, and thought itself halted. Someone whispered, "What is that?" Others cried out, "A meteor?" and "God…"
All who sensed the meteor's descent were caught by instinctive terror. Before such a natural calamity, individual strength, Ninjutsu, hatred, and ambition meant nothing at all. Broken murmurs of fear rose here and there, but were soon swallowed by the roaring sound of the falling meteor.
The meteor finally struck the ground. The impact point was exactly where Shadow and the others had been moments before. In the instant of contact, everything at the point of impact, rain, living people, corpses, even air, was erased.
The stored energy then erupted outward. A circular shockwave mixed with debris expanded in all directions at once. The ground was torn up layer by layer, shattered, and hurled away.
