" finally we made it,"says Misty as she stretches, " can't wait for a hot shower, I mean the solar bag we got is pretty good at cleaning up but it's not really meant for long relaxing showers."
" I agree at least when we get to celadon city or cinnibar island we could use the hot springs and resort there," I say as she nods before looking at me then looking away with a blush, which i miss.
" well can also just hang around a couple of days here as well, we're actually making good time plus wouldn't mind raising my rank and training my Pokémon," I say as misty agrees and we start going towards pewter city.
" true, plus they always have trainer jobs posted as well, while it won't get us rank points it can net us money, pokemon trades, items, and even discounts to stores," says Misty thinking on ways to help us out.
" true plus local people know things passing trainers don't," I say as she nods.
" oh wow an uragaan, must be for the miners," she says as I look at a huge mound of bronzish spiked hide curled up along the road. Pointing my pokedex at the pokemon it give the information of the exotic pokemon.

The pokemon slumbers away as several kids play among the pokemon and picking loosened stones and scales from the pokemon. I smile at the kids carefree attitude and how they feel safe here, then I frown catching misty's attention as I sigh and shake my head.
" something bothering you" she asks me placing her hand on my shoulder.
" sorry just got bad memories suddenly," I say as she nods before we continue down the road seeing more rock type pokemon and kids playing. Walking by some stores we see several booths being set up and and notice showing that the pewter city is hosting ryhorn racing this week and a festival will be held as well.
I stop slightly but sigh thinking on one person, Misty notices and she looks at me with a small amount of concern.
" sorry it's just i had a friend or i thought she was a friend that had moms that were renowned ryhorn racers," I say, " we met back when I was younger at one of professor oak's pokemon camps for kids about to go into the school's system."
" what happened" she asks as we walk by some people with one slowly following us.
" well there was an event that had us find pokemon in a scavenger hunt, mostly baby pokemon that was raised on the ranch professor oak owned or the nearby breeder's association," I reply," while looking for my Pokémon I stumbled across a girl that was hurt her name was Serena and she was in the camp because her moms wanted her to socialize more. Well I helped her and we became friends, or that's what I believed. The next few days she started hanging out with the other kids and left me. I wouldn't have minded if I wasn't constantly bullied by them throughout my childhood and she joined in. I guess she thought it was something that always happened and thought it was how it normally went."
" damn, that's harsh," misty says as she walks into the pokemon center with me.
" it's fine, I'm over it mostly but it still lingers in my mind, the what if's," I say as we start signing in but I stop as I look at the display for room numbers and see most are booked solid especially the ones that have multiple beds. Only one room with bunks are all that remains and misty puts down our names as a tap on my shoulder makes me turn around and I see two girls standing behind me.
One girl is a young woman with tan complexion and a slim build. She has short shoulder-length hair that she ties into lightning-shaped twin tails using hair ties shaped like Eelektrik's mouth. Her natural hair color is a slightly greenish yellow; the right half of her hair is dyed teal, and the tip of her left twin tail is dyed black. She is wears a yellow crop-top jacket over a yellow zipper tube top with black straps that has a keystone necklace. she wears her Key Stone within the zipper. She also weariang baggy two-tone teal-and-black trousers that is riding low on her hips showing her underwears blue thong like straps. She also has large white platform sneakers from In the Zone, and a black and yellow cloth face mask. She also carries a rotom phone. her Rotom Phone on a case strapped to her left hip, and she also carries a white Tynamo-patterned pouch behind her. She polishes her ring and little finger nails in teal, and the rest of her finger nails in yellow. She is also carrying a old but reliable Field bag that has a larger canvas bag with several detachable smaller bags and a canvas tube butt pack.
The second is a slender girl with fair skin, black eyes, and short hair with the front half being red and the back half being blue. She is relatively short, and wears a black hoodie with a Poké Ball logo on the center with yellow characters above it. She wears black shorts with a transparent skirt over it. She also wears long grey leggings underneath with a red plus and blue minus pattern. Meanwhile, her feet are protected by calf-length black boots with gray toes and white soles. She also wears round glasses and supports a large Eevee-styled bag on her back.
" hey mind if we room with you," says the girl in the mask as the hoodie wearing girl nods.
" sure it's no problem I'm halt ketchum from pallet town here in kanto by the way." I say as I hold my hand out and the girls shake it stating thier names as well.
" Canari , I'm from lumiose city in kalos." Says the mask weariang girl pulling down her mask and giving me a flirty grin.
" um penny, from mesagoza paldea" says the hoodie wearing girl as she fidgets nervously. Out of canari's bag and pikachu appears holding a berry in it's hands and greats me with a wave as a trio of eeveelutions appears from behind penny. A flare on, molten, and vaporeon all bark thier names and my sylveon pops out of her ball to greet them.
" oh im misty waterflower, from cerulean city," says Misty as she comes back from getting the key card.
Before we could continue all our stomachs growl in hunger and soon we're all snickering while we all decide to get something to eat.
