After they finished speaking, they looked at each other and burst out laughing.
She hadn't known that salt in the tribe had to be traded for with food. It seemed the dried bitter greens she had saved up were completely useless now.
She sighed to herself and sped up her gathering.
A moment later, some of the females from the Collection Team returned to the meeting spot. The Beast Skins they brought were on the smaller side and already stuffed full.
"This is the biggest Beast Skin I have at home," one of the females said, her voice full of disappointment.
"I brought two Beast Skins, but they still don't hold much," another female added.
"I saw Ye Duo when we were leaving. She was carrying several huge Beast Skins."
"Are we going to lose this public collection again?"
As more and more females returned, the atmosphere grew increasingly somber.
