Lynn Jennings owned stables in Port Caldoria. Her mother hailed from a wealthy Port Caldoria family, and the stables were a gift from her maternal grandfather at her birth.
For a time, Lynn had also been fond of horse racing and had bought several Thoroughbreds of her own. On one occasion in Debshire, she and Brianna Hudson had set their sights on the same Thoroughbred. Neither of them was the type to back down, and their fight for the horse nearly drew blood.
Ultimately, Lynn's deeper pockets won the day. She bought the English Thoroughbred, which went on to steal the show in several flat races and earn her a small fortune.
