Synopsis
After dying in an armed robbery, I transmigrated into the world of My Hero Academia without my consent. I didn’t know much about the series—just the basics, enough to recognize names and understand that this world wasn’t exactly kind to anomalies. Still, I woke up here, with no explanations, no gods offering me choices, no floating screens with stats. But that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was discovering that I wasn’t a simple human with a strange quirk. No. I was the quirk. A quirk implanted into the protagonist. An absurd, unnatural existence, almost a cruel joke of fate. I am Mahoraga. The name resonated in my mind with an almost religious weight, as if each syllable carried destruction, adaptation, and a power I never asked for. Would I become someone good in this world of heroes and villains? Would I become the greatest quirk that ever existed, or the worst curse anyone could carry? I don’t know. Only time will tell.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Reflection

I'm a twenty-year-old guy—nothing new, nothing out of the ordinary. I was walking calmly back home after leaving the university, a business major, in case anyone was wondering. The night was there, silent, keeping me company as always, while my steps moved forward almost by inertia.

I wasn't thinking about anything in particular. I was just moving robotically, following the usual route, my mind switched off.

What should I eat? I thought as I glanced to the side.

That was when I shifted my gaze a little more.

"Hey, man, got the time?"

Time froze.

"Here," I said, extending my phone and the little I had on me. I was a college student—I had nothing. It wasn't worth trying to be brave.

"That easy?" the guy said, visibly confused.

He slowly looked at his gun and then back at me.

"Let's try something different," he said, with a merciless look that pierced straight through my chest.

"Like what?" I asked, scared, and that expression was the last thing I saw.

A gunshot echoed through the entire block.

One was enough. Straight to the head.

I fell to the ground without even realizing how I'd been riddled with lead.

"Before it cools down," the sick bastard muttered.

I felt nothing.

I was in an absolute void—no body, no sound, no presence of any kind—until suddenly something yanked me violently and an impossible pain tore through my entire being. It felt as if my skin were being ripped off only to be put back on, as if mass were being added where there had only been thinness. My face changed, warped, rebuilt itself. Too many sensations in too little time. Honestly, I didn't even feel like moving forward.

Before I could scream…

Nothing.

The pain vanished.

I opened my eyes, confused. I no longer felt suffering, but I did feel something different. I felt bigger, stronger… and definitely stranger.

I looked at my hands and froze.

"White?" I thought, confused. I couldn't speak. I tried to move my mouth and brought my hands to my face.

My face…

And my face?

What the hell?

Panic flooded me completely, and when I lifted my gaze upward, I fell silent.

There was a damn wheel above me, with things on the ends. Wait…

Rounded tips?

I kept staring straight up, and the only thing I could think was:

Shit.

Perspective of Our Protagonist

Well, I don't know how long I've been in this void, but the silence has given me more than enough room to reflect. I came to two possible conclusions: either I'm a demon that looks like Mahoraga from Jujutsu Kaisen, or… I am Mahoraga from Jujutsu Kaisen. I don't remember anything about being tamed, unless I already am and just don't know it yet. One of the two.

While those thoughts kept spinning in my mind, I didn't notice when the wheel above my head disappeared. In its place, behind me, two circles opened up, as if they were eyes floating in nothingness.

Decisions, decisions, I thought as I observed the infinite void surrounding me.

"What is that, young Midoriya?"

I fell silent when I heard my own voice. Confused, I looked around until I noticed the circles. I floated toward them, drawn by a strange curiosity, and stared directly at what they were showing.

Perspective shift: Midoriya

"Is this normal, All Might?" Izuku Midoriya asked, completely confused.

"I just gave you my hair," All Might replied, already in his deflated form. "Do you feel anything?"

Izuku stayed quiet for a few seconds.

"I feel something… well, aside from that thing I have on my head," he said while looking up.

Perspective shift: our protagonist

I looked up and realized something.

I didn't have the wheel.

Just what I needed, I thought with a sigh. I couldn't speak, but at least I could express myself inside my own subconscious.

Perspective of Our Protagonist

Well, I don't know how long I've been in this void, but the silence has given me more than enough space to think. I came to two possible conclusions: either I'm a demon that looks like Mahoraga from Jujutsu Kaisen, or… I am Mahoraga from Jujutsu Kaisen. I don't remember ever being tamed, unless I already am and just don't know it. One of the two.

As those thoughts swirled in my mind, I didn't notice the wheel above my head disappear. In its place, two circles appeared behind me, like eyes floating in the void.

"Decisions, decisions," I thought, staring at the endless emptiness surrounding me.

"What is that, young Midoriya?"

...

I fell silent when I heard my voice. Confused, I looked around until I noticed the circles. I floated toward them, drawn by a strange curiosity, and stared at what they showed.

Perspective Shift: Midoriya

"All Might, is this normal?" asked Izuku Midoriya, completely confused.

"I just gave you the hair," replied All Might, already in his deflated form. "Do you feel anything?"

Izuku stayed quiet for a few seconds.

"I feel something… well, besides that thing on my head," he said, looking up.

Perspective Shift: Our Protagonist

I looked up and realized something.

The wheel was gone.

"That's just what I needed," I thought with a sigh. I couldn't speak, but at least I could express myself in my subconscious.

Perspective of Izuku

"Huh?" said Izuku, confused, looking at All Might. "I feel something weird, Mr. All Might… like frustration."

All Might observed him with those empty, lifeless eyes he always had when something didn't add up. He looked at his watch and panicked.

"Young Midoriya, it's late for the exam. No matter what that is, go and take the exam, give it your all."

Izuku didn't hesitate. He ran toward his home while the invisible wheel followed him.

Perspective: Mahoraga

I silently observed every movement of Izuku Midoriya.

"Damn," I thought, clutching my head.

I shook my head slowly. At least I wasn't with Sukuna… or worse, with Megumi, who would summon me whenever he could. At least this guy didn't even know how to summon me. I thought as I stared at those voids that functioned like eyes.

I shook my head again. If my memory didn't fail me—which was the only thing I could trust—I needed to organize my thoughts.

First: I was in My Hero Academia.

Second: I had a quirk, and just thinking about it made me shiver.

Third: it was the quirk of the One For All wielder.

Anything else? No. I hadn't watched that damn series. I only watched TikToks and edits.

I grabbed my head, feeling a kind of nonexistent pain, and looked back at the voids. Now Izuku was in front of the U.A. doors.

"Deku!" came a voice from the background.

"What the hell is on your head?"

From Izuku's expression, I knew exactly who it was. The one from the other edit.

I shook my head while listening to the blond argue with my host. Minutes passed, and I—who we'll now call Mahoraga to avoid confusion—watched Izuku almost trip, claiming he'd talked to a girl when he literally froze like an idiot, and how his life kept moving forward… with me trapped inside.

I watched him take the exam, getting increasingly confused by all the data. Honestly, he wrote way too fast, and on top of that, I could hear some of his thoughts. Something I didn't know I could do… but luckily, I could also block it.

"Thanks, Father God," I thought, sensing something strange in the environment. I didn't pay it much mind.

It was practically like watching television from inside someone.

I even discovered I could imagine things, though it was difficult. Still, I tried to create a chair. For some reason, it ended up being a throne made of bones. I didn't know if it was because of my transformation or just cosmic irony, but I didn't care much. I sat down and continued watching my only novel.

Perspective Shift: Izuku

"What do I do, what do I do? I have no points, nothing… what do I do? All Might won't be proud of me."

That was all he kept repeating to himself as he ran around, trying to earn points with little success.

"Five minutes remaining," announced a voice over the loudspeakers.

"Damn it," muttered Izuku as he managed to save a few participants. Out of fear and pure instinct, he helped several… well, not that many, just three, but hey, something is better than nothing. He came out slightly injured, and with zero villain points.

"Damn it," he muttered again as the ground began to shake violently.

"Huh?" he said, confused, seeing everyone start to run.

"What's going on…?" He looked up—and then he saw it.

A gigantic robot, one that practically dwarfed every other participant.

...

"No way I'm going in there," he thought, running with the crowd, until he heard a voice.

A small voice, so faint that for a second he thought he had imagined it. But when he looked back, he saw her.

The girl who had helped him at the beginning was trapped among the rocks.

"Help me," she said.

Without thinking, Izuku started running. The wheel above his head seemed to move with increasing agitation.

"I won't make it… I won't make it… I have to save her," he repeated to himself, giving everything he had.

"What do I do, what do I do?"

Then he felt it.

The giant raised its fist, ready to crush the girl.

By instinct, Izuku put his fists forward, and with a single word, everything changed.

"MAHORAGA!" he shouted with all his strength.

Out of nowhere, the wheel fell toward his shadow and, before fully touching it, spun once. In an instant, a white hand appeared, then a head, and then an entire body.

A giant nearly three meters tall rose behind Izuku.

Mahoraga, acting purely on instinct, ran straight at the robot.

Perspective: Mahoraga

"Huh? Not bad… looks like he's saving a few people," I thought, speaking to no one in particular as I watched him rescue three participants. After several minutes of running like an idiot—because there was no nicer way to put it—our protagonist felt something.

"Huh?" I thought, completely confused, as a strange sensation ran through me. It was as if someone was calling me.

"No way," I thought, spreading my wings fully as I watched Izuku strike that pose of his—so ridiculous and yet so determined at the same time.

Finally, I'd get out of that place.

"Let's go," I thought, right before diving into the eyes.

The light blinded me for a millisecond. When I fully emerged, I felt the unspoken command Izuku had given. He didn't need to say it aloud; I understood instantly. My body reacted on its own, and I ran toward the girl, noticing that I was now much, much faster.

I positioned myself in front of her just in time and grabbed the robot's fist. The impact sent me back several steps—until a sound changed everything.

The spinning of the wheel.

I smiled in the most badass way possible as, with the sword already formed in my hand, I cut through a large portion of the robot, forcing it to take three steps back.

I jumped immediately and felt Izuku pulling the girl from the rubble.

"Good boy," I thought, as I landed directly on the robot's face and began striking it relentlessly. I adapted to the movement, the friction, the rhythm. One spin was enough. I delivered a sharp blow that shattered part of its metallic face.

With a surge, I entered the robot and started destroying everything inside—wires, structures, energy—nothing was left intact.

"Forty seconds remaining," Present Mic's voice announced.

"Quick, Mahoraga, adapt to the little time left," I thought, delivering a direct strike to the core. The robot toppled backward, completely shut down.

I leapt into the air, landing far from my host, and set my sights on five three-point robots.

I didn't waste a second.

I went straight at them, and with a single clean motion for each, I tore off their heads.

"Time's up!" rang out just as I lowered the sword onto a two-point robot.

"Damn it," I thought, letting it fall.

I stared at the robot for a few seconds, then at my hands. They looked just like they had inside that zone. I lifted my gaze and saw the wheel floating above me, calm, as if nothing had happened.

I turned around and felt something strange—a constant tug toward Izuku.

"Guess he's my host," I thought as I walked slowly. I didn't want to get him into trouble.

Perspective Shift: Izuku

I stared wide-eyed at the being that now carried the wheel that had once been above my head. The moment it appeared, it was as if it knew exactly what I wanted to do. Without hesitation, it went straight at the robot and landed a brutal punch.

I felt instant despair as I watched it push the robot back… until the wheel spun once.

"What the hell…?" I murmured, watching in genuine fascination as that being—seemingly an extension of One For All—cut through the robot, forcing it to take several steps back. Without thinking twice, and realizing that I had apparently summoned it with the name Mahoraga, I ran toward the trapped girl.

I helped her to her feet and guided her as Mahoraga did his thing.

"Wow, you're the simple guy from the entrance, huh?"

...…

I stared at her, not knowing what to say, and carried her so she wouldn't get hurt—something I didn't even notice in the moment due to the nerves consuming me. She understood, blushed slightly, but said nothing, letting me carry her.

"Forty seconds," the loudspeakers announced.

That was more than enough. We moved far enough away from the chaos.

When I realized I'd been holding a girl in my arms for quite a while, I did what seemed most reasonable.

"Sorry. Sorry. Sorry."

I repeated it several times as I set her down and bowed repeatedly, as if it were an everyday habit.

She remained silent, leaning against a wall before sitting on the ground.

Then she started laughing.

"Ha ha ha ha."

"Huh?" I said, confused, stopping mid-bow.

"You're funny," she said with a smile so sweet that, if Mahoraga had been with me, he'd probably be adjusting to the diabetes by now.

"Huh? This?" I responded timidly, until a voice interrupted everything.

"TIME'S UP!"

...…

We both fell silent.

"I didn't get any points," I said, staring at the sky as a treacherous tear slipped down my cheek.

The girl immediately grew nervous.

"It's my fault, isn't it? Sorry, if I hadn't been trapped, none of this would've happened."

I raised my hand, unsure where the courage had come from to even speak to a girl.

"It's not your fault," I said, still looking at the sky."Just… bad luck."

Out of nowhere, heavy footsteps echoed behind me, and a shadow covered me completely.

...

The pink-cheeked girl's eyes went wide as she looked behind me.

"Huh?" I said, turning around, and froze completely when a face was way too close to mine.

The being I had summoned stared at me intently. For a moment, nothing happened, until the figure straightened fully.

Then it made a gesture.

I watched, confused, as the being extended its fists forward. Without knowing why, I mimicked the movement. In that instant, the figure dissolved into shadows, and the wheel floating above it slowly returned, settling once more above my head.

...

"If you allow me," I said, looking at the girl.

"I'm going to pass out."

And, without further ado, she fell to the ground in an epic collapse.

...

"So… what do I do now?" murmured the pink-cheeked girl.
