You put whatever side dishes you like on it, brush on some sauce, add chili oil if you want it spicy, roll it up, and eat it like that. The white liquid there is almond milk. Add a bit of sugar and drink it. The creamy, milky-white one is pudding. You pour some sauce over it and eat it with a spoon. That plate over there is regular pancakes, so you should recognize those. Later, they can also sell steamed buns, burgers with a simple pork patty with lettuce, some tomato slices, and a couple of sauces in it, and porridge together with these."
