"Dad dad look look!"
"I got a A+ on my marks I am the first person in my entire class to ace this test"
A energetic 10 year old boy says to his father with a huge wide happy grin showing his papers waiting for his father's approval and praise but instead of getting his father's praise and approval all he gets is his father's ice cold gaze and disinterested tone of voice
"not now Aiden can't you see I'm busy with work go to your mom I'm busy"
The man says to his 10 year old son with no care if he hurts his son's feelings
Aiden just drops his arms and his happy smile on his face quickly vanished off his face as he nods his little head and quietly walks to his mom
"maybe mom will care I guess I shouldn't have expected my dad to really care he never cares"
Aiden mutters to himself wiping some tears off his cheeks and quickly rushes to his mother as he creeks open the door softly he sees his mother on her laptop working as usual he walks up to her to show her his report card
"mom look I got A+ on my test my teacher said I am the first person to event score this high in my entire class"
Aiden says once again with joy in his voice and a huge wide grin spread across his face hoping that maybe his mother will say some words of praise or anything for that matter but of course he gets disappointed again
"not now Aiden I'm busy with work things you can show me later"
His mother replies not even sparing her son a single glance all her focus is entirely on her laptop as she continues to work and Aiden's smile once again vanished off his face.
"Oh....okay"
Aiden says softly his hurt and disappointed face clear as day but apparently not to his mother who does not seem to care and focuss on her work and she does not notice her son wipe some tears off his face and quickly dashes out of the room heartbroken
Aiden rushes in his room and shuts his room door as he sits down on the floor and leans his head against his bedroom door crying to himself and thinking to himself why does his parents not love him and starts to blame himself and think he is the reason his parents don't love him
Aiden wobbles over to his bed and pulls himself up on his bed as he continues to cry to himself and continues to blame himself as he noticed the TV in his room is still playing
Aiden notices a show he never saw before and assumes he must of missed it or something he starts to watch the intro of it and sees the title is 'Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir'
He gets interested in the title and starts to watch the first episode and times flies without him knowing as he watches the entire 6 seasons through the entire night till the next morning
Time skip
Years pass already as Aiden is now 14 years old and has grown to love the TV show miraculous ladybug he watches the show on repeat every single day he has also come to turns with the fact that his parents will never care about him which does hurt but he tries not to think of it as he watchs his show for the millionth time now
The character he can most relate to is Adrian Agreste a young teenage boy like him with a similar name and with a similar struggle like him and that is not getting any love or attention from his father since his mother passed away where in Aiden's life both his parents don't care about him they never did and never will
Aiden loves Adrian Agreste's character especially when he is in his hero form, with his most of the time horrible puns and flirting with ladybug it always brings a few chuckles out of Aiden .
Suddenly without Aiden noticing there is a tiny spec of blue dust in the air behind him as it grows bigger and takes form of a small portal it expands into a full size portal as Aiden hears strange noises behind him and turns out and sees the huge light blue portal before he can even process anything the portal sucks him inside
Aiden is pulled inside the portal as he is flying through a wormhole of some kind he keep screaming and thrashs around to no avail as he accepts his fate he flys through the another portal and everything goes blank
