Pseudo-Author's Afterword

This text records a trace that was permitted to remain.

Wukong is not a single name.Six-Eared is not a single being.

If this reading causes discomfort, hesitation, or anger, understand: what you have encountered is not finished. It continues—in other forms.

To hear is to assume responsibility. Not to hear is also a form of escape.

May you, tonight, hear not only a story, but your own ears.

— Pseudo-Author
