The world is split into fragments, some of nature some of dystopian city scapes. In this fractured world there is a boy, short with silver hair and deep pitch black eyes clearly malnourished and abandoned, sitting in the alley of the local pub wearing nothing but a pair of shorts covered with patches covering holes.
In background he hears the sound of drunken arguments and music as he fades in and out of consciousness until he is awoken by a voice
"Hey boy what are you doing here?"said the large man looking at him in a daze the boy says
"What does it look like I'm doing?"in a rude yet somber tone of voice
"If you ask me I'd say you're dying."says the man in a weak muffled voice the boy says "bingo"
"Now that won't do." Says the man extending his hand to the boy. The boy hesitates but reaches out and grabs the man's hand.
