The cave's atmosphere shimmered with magicule energy as Veldora, the Storm Dragon, looked at the tiny white fox cub.
"So," Veldora rumbled, "the slime has a name now… Rimuru Tempest. What about this little one?"
Rimuru's blue body bobbed in excitement. "You can name him too! He's… my brother!"
Veldora's eyes glinted. "Hmm… Shiromaru. From the color of his fur. And since he's linked to you, he shall bear the name Tempest as well."
The dragon's deep voice echoed through the cave. "From now on, he is Shiromaru Tempest."
Shiro felt a surge of energy wash over him as the name settled in. His small fox body trembled, and his tails flicked nervously.
"Big brother…?" he squeaked, his blue eyes shining.
"Yes, Shiromaru," Rimuru replied warmly. "That's your name now."
The Evolution Begins
Almost immediately, Shiromaru began to glow. His fluffy tail swirled with radiant light, the magicule in his body reacting violently.
Veldora's eyes widened. "Hm… this name… it's taking more than I expected."
He spread his wings and hovered above the cub. "Rimuru, look closely… he's absorbing more than half of my magicule just by evolving."
Rimuru blinked, then grinned widely. "Half of your magicule? My little brother is THAT strong?! Amazing! You did it, Shiromaru!"
Veldora groaned, a hint of amusement in his thunderous voice. "Don't look at me like that, slime… he's powerful because he's a kitsune linked to you."
Rimuru puffed out his chest, practically glowing with pride. "That's my little brother! Let everyone on Earth know—Shiromaru Tempest is OP!"
Shiromaru's Human Form Emerges
The golden-white glow enveloped Shiromaru completely. When it faded, he stood as a 3-tailed kitsune in human form, a boy of roughly 10–12 years old.
Long, flowing white hair cascaded down his back.
Blue eyes sparkled with curiosity and intelligence.
His three fluffy tails swayed behind him like banners of magic.
He was adorable, cute, and… undeniably handsome.
Rimuru immediately leaped forward and hugged him tightly. "You're perfect… my brother! Shiromaru!"
Shiromaru giggled, a little embarrassed but happy. "Big brother… you really hugged me like this?"
"Of course!" Rimuru exclaimed. "You're mine!"
