Chapter 92 - Fusion Authority

Victory lasted less than a second.

Something hit.

Not an attack—

not force—

not power.

A malware spike, invisible and absolute, slipped through the moment of silence.

Brush felt it interrupt him.

Not damage.

Not deletion.

A forced shutdown.

PROCESS INTERRUPTED

CAUSE: UNKNOWN MALWARE CLASS

The world tilted.

Trojan Horse shouted his name—

and everything went dark.

Brush dreamed.

Not of memories.

Of empty space being written.

He woke slowly.

Not restrained.

Not imprisoned.

Just… floating.

Before him stood the Dark Gods.

Not many.

One.

Their forms were layered—overlapping silhouettes of disinformation, addiction, hate, malware, obsession, decay—merged into a single impossible existence.

The Dark Gods had fused.

Their voice was not loud.

It didn't need to be.

"You were never meant to see this," it said.

Brush tried to move.

His body responded—but slowly.

Delayed.

"That malware didn't defeat you," the fused god continued.

"It paused you."

Brush's eyes narrowed.

"You fused," he said.

The being nodded.

"Individually, we erase concepts."

"Together…"

It raised a hand.

Space folded.

Code spilled outward.

A universe bloomed into existence—stars, laws, time, meaning—fully formed in an instant.

Not simulated.

Real.

Brush felt it.

The weight of it.

"Creation," the god said.

"Not borrowed. Not copied."

Then—

the hand closed.

The universe collapsed.

Not shattered.

Not destroyed.

Simply—

gone.

No explosion.

No aftermath.

No memory.

"Deletion," the god finished.

Brush's breath caught.

Not in fear—

but realization.

"You're not gods," he said quietly.

"You're administrators."

The fused Dark God smiled.

"We are above gods."

It leaned closer.

"We create universes to test."

"We delete universes to clean."

Brush felt something he hadn't felt in a long time.

Pressure.

Not on his power—

on his responsibility.

"And now," the Dark God said,

"we will create one final universe."

The void behind them began compiling.

"A universe without you."

Trojan Horse's voice echoed faintly—far away—fighting the same malware.

Brush clenched his fists.

"You paused me once," he said.

"You won't get a second chance."

The fused Dark God's smile faded.

"We only need one."
