In a mine somewhere in Xerus, Tytan, a fourteen year old boy worked non-stop. He'd been there since dawn and it was now midday. A boy his age should have been in school but circumstances said otherwise.
About two years ago, his Mom fell ill and was rushed to the hospital. All their finances had to be used to pay for his Mom's treatment. At their greatest time of need his Dad ran away never to be seen again. From then on, Tytan had to dropout of school to work everyday to pay for his Mom's expenses and also take care of himself.
As tytan worked the othr miners couldn't help but marvel at the boy. He was the youngest and worked even harder than the grown men in the mines. He never to a break but worked countinously. As it was a daily thing it helped build his physique a bit.
Random Miner: That got some skills….Who's he?
Random Miner 2: That's Tytan..His family isn't doing well…He has to work to take care of himself and Mom since his Dad ran away.
Unknown to them, Tytan oveerheard their converstaion and glared at them coldly causing them to go back to work .
It was a few hours past midday and the work was done.They had mined about 64 veins of iron which filled out 8 out of 12 minecarts made as one. Everyone boarded the minecarts left and with a flick of a lever the were on route to the entrance.
They arruve at the entrance and drop their pickaxes in a wooden box.On the leftside of the mine was a small woodden house with a balcony. Tytan stood infront of the door with "THE BOSS" written on it. He gently knocked and went in. There was a fat man behind a desk with a lot of money laying around.
Mine Boss: Welcome, Kid, The boy who made all this happen….. Thanks to your hardwork business in booming, I haven't since this much money all in one place…..Hahaha!
Tytan: Thank you, Sir!...Just doing my job
Mine Boss: Here take this.(hands him a stack of cash)
Tytan: Thank you!
Mine Boss: You earned this kid…See you tomorrow then.
Tytan couldn't be more happier. He finally had a lot of money to conclude his Mom's bill and finally eat tonight.Behind the house was a bicycle which Tytan mounted and rode to the hospital.

When he walked into his Mom's room, she was still asleep.She looked pale and all her bones could be seen. Tytan sat on the couch next to the bed and dosed off.
Tytan woke up to the sound of the door opening.The doctor had just walked in.
Tytan: Any good news?
Doctor: Her condition seems to be geetting worse
Tytan: Is there anything you can do?
Doctor: Not yet but…. We are trying.
Tytan felt lost. He didn't know what to do. He cursed as he remembered his father. He swore, if he finds that "SON OF A BITCH" he would kill him. He kissed his Mom(on the head) and left for home.
On his way, it started raining heavily and he took shelter in an alley, where he encountered...….
Bully: Well, isn't it the school dropout
Tytan: What do you want?
Bully: Nothing much…..BOYS!
Five other bullys appeared and quickly grabbed and pinned Tytan against the wall.
Bully: Time to eat my fist.
They beat the hell out of Tytan and took away his bicycle leaving him weak on the ground as it rained on him. He managed to pick himself up and limped home.
He lived in a small brick house on the outskirts of town. The house was nearly dilapidated with holes allowing in pests and rodents. He walked inside and collasped on the only and torn mattress falling asleep.
The next day, he woke up to the sound of his mobile phone ringing.
Tytan: Hello
???: Am I speaking to the child of Hannah Hartman.
Tytan: YES!
???: Your mom has recovered slightly and it seems she will be okay for now.
Tytan: Really!, Thank you
???: You're Welcome
Tytan hanged up. He was so excited , he decided to skip work today and go to his favorite spot. When he arrived it was the same the Cherry blossom dropping leaves, birds chirping and the silent gash of the waterfall, it was beautiful. Tytan took a deep breath....
BOOM!
There was an explosion behind him before he could move someone grabbed him and everything went black.
He woke up under a tree in an open field. A strange man stood in front wearing a robe on. In the distance was another man in a smashed up armor holding a broken sword and looked brutally beaten. Tytan felt different as if his body had become lighter.
Tytan: Where am I?
