Arnauld Connor is a well known billionaire bachelor who is respected and honored. He is said to be cruel and at the same time kind hearted. He lost three of his family members in one night and he's been on the search for his family's killer for years but it was to no avail.
He owns an electronic, cosmetics, and textiles company.
He's fired many of his P.A's because none could handle his temper, some came to steal from him, others seduce him and others just want him dead until Aiyana Lornes came
Meet Aiyana Lornes, a 22 years old fresh graduate from the University of Canada who is both crafty and fierce. She does things according to her will and never let people detect for her but what happens when she meets a man who detects for her and order her to do things she doesn't wanna do?
What happens when her colleagues start framing her for what she doesn't know about?

CHAPTER 1/2
AIYANA'S HOUSE
There's a blaring alarm sound and Aiyana doesn't like this sound at all .
"I detest work days." She said
"Not like you have a job anyways." Joanna said
" Can't you say something nice a bit?"
" Go and prepare let's look for a job together, stop lying down here and measuring your height with the bed." Joanna said
" I hate you." Aiyana said as she went in tho the bathroom to wash up
Joanna Roberts is Aiyana's only friend. They've been living together since their college days and they've gone through a lot together as well. They love and care for each other selflessly. People who doesn't know mistake them for sisters but that's the truth because they behave like they're from the same womb. Joanna is an orphan though and have been the one catering for herself and it hasn't been really easy for her but she's made it this far.
" I'm done joan." you can go in now
"Did you cook?"
" Do I look like you newly hired chef?
" You're so cruel with words." She whined
Shre entered the dinning room and saw food on the table and she ran and back hugged Joan with happiness visible in her eyes
" I love you Joan."
"It's mutual dear."
" I need to eat fast so that I can go and check that job , I don't know why they think I can't handle an hotel work with my wonderful certificate." she said as she wolfed down the food like a starved lion
" Bye Joan, will be back soon."
"Be safe and be careful."
" okay Mama." she said as she ran out of the room like an excited 5 year old kid who just got his favorite toy.
First interview place
Aiyana went in and she was interviewed by a young lady and after everything, she told her to go and expect a call from them but Aiyana knows very well that they'll never call because she's heard that line many times already.
She left and went to another place but was told that the available vacancy have been filled by someone else.
" Will I go home empty handed like yesterday?" She asked herself
She saw a tall building with many luxurious cars parked outside and she was just looking at it.
"This should be the legendary Arnauld Connor Conglomerates, it's so beautiful to look at . Can I go in with such securities whose one punch would send me flying overboard? " She said smiling to herself
She went in and when she got to the gate, the securities never allowed her to enter
" Do you have an appointment with our boss?" a security man asked her
" No but I want to see someone."
"Who and what are their names?
" look at what I've done to myself, who do I know here? Who will I call, which name will I mention?" She asked herself
" don't you know who you came to see?"
" I do but I just... can't remember her name, yes I can't remember her name." she said smiling like and idiot
" Then leave please, don't interrupt our work."
" No sir, I can't leave, I really want to see her," " Leave or I'll push you out myself,"
" You can't do that Sir." She said with a pout and that made her look so cute.
While the commotion was going on, Three cars drove in and Aiyana used that chance to enter as well.
" Young lady come back here,"
"I've entered already."
"What's going on out there?" Mr Arnauld asked
" A young lady came in and said she wants to see someone but doesn't even know the person's name."
Arnauld looked at Aiyana and she poured her lips and gave him her cutest puppy eyes and he asked her to follow him
" You can't stop me now." She said to the security man as she left. She never knew that she was so close to Mr Arnauld so as she faced her front, her forehead met with his back and she looked up immediately holding her forehead
" Do you have a stone in your back?"
"No I don't."
" Why's my forehead paining me so much, a normal human back isn't like yours , just look at what I'm talking about," she said as she turned his back and started touching him, Arnauld held her hands and looked straight into her eyes
" You wanna get laid in the public, do you desire me so much?"
" Hello, don't think you're so important, who'd fall for a cold, scheming face like yours, you might even have a very little carrot down there." She said without thinking and got into the elevator as if she knows her way around.
Arnauld turned and looked at the people around him to see if they knew what was going on and he found them laughing
" Who's she, no one has ever talked to our boss that way." Was actually what they were whispering amongst themselves
" Go back to your duties or you loose your monthly income." He with an air of authority exuding through him and they all scrambled to their different positions . The securities were holding back their laughter when Arnauld looked down and touched his zipper to feel if he really have a carrot down there.
37th Floor
Aiyana saw her self in a very busy place and nobody was even looking her way until she got to a particular table and the receptionist asked her who she was here for.
"i came for an interview,"
" We're not looking for any worker at he moment." Said the receptionist
" Please ask your boss, I really need this job."
" You're not the one to tell me what to do." She gave her her softest look but the receptionist won't budge so she turned and looked back and gave her a fierce look that made her start searching for the telephone when it was at her front and called her boss while Aiyana went and sat down
" Her eyes are intimidating just like the boss's own." she said to herself
" Who will apply to be the boss's P.A because over 15 have been sacked in just less than 10 months." Dora said
" She wants a job." The receptionist whose name is Sandra said to Dora
" how about you send her to Debby for an interview because boss is already in desperate need of a P.A." Dora said
"Are you sure there's someone who will be able to endure our boss?"
" Let's just give it a trial."
Aiyana was called and given the directions to where she'll do the interview and she happily went there skipping like a kid
" Good afternoon Ma, you're Debby Peterson right?" Aiyana asked
" Sure, how can I help you?"
" I'm here for an interview."
" okay, the available vacancy is for the post of a P .A, can I see your credentials please."
" Sure."
After going through it, she was impressed and hired her without asking her anything
" You mean I'm hired just like that?" she asked
" Yes dear." She said and gave her a confident handshake
" Welcome to Arnauld Connor's Conglomerates, looking forward to working with you." She said
" Thank you so much Ma, you really don't know what you've done for me." Aiyana said almost in tears
" Call me Debby, I'm not up to forty." She said with a warm smile
" Debby, I'll report to work on Wednesday ASAP." She said as she exited the office
" Joanna!!!!!!!!!!!!,
Joan, you won't believe it, I got a job at Arnauld Connor's Conglomerates, I'm still in shock."
" You're joking right?"
" Do I look like a joker to you?"
" You do because you're never serious."
" I'm very serious now, but I haven't seen him yet."
" Which post did you get?"
" Personal assistant."
" Shut up, you're a cleaner there,"
" I swear I'm very serious Joan,"
Joanna looked at Aiyana's face and found out that she isn't lying so she hugged her and jumped happily.
Aiyana's phone rang and it was Debby who called her
" I'll send our boss picture for you so that you won't be confused when you come to work."
" Okay Debby."
Few minutes later, a picture was sent and when she saw who it was, she threw her phone away immediately .
