Kōga after arriving at the training ground sat down and pulled out a blank scroll and sealing ink and a brush.
He'd need to create a seal similar to the 1 konoha used to identify their black ops members.
A swirl, with the following functions; 1: the ability to tell were other tide members are, 2: Basic communication via thought sharing, 3: a signal to tell tide members to gather when needed and lastly a juinjutsu that seals not only a member of tides bloodline but also their minds should they fall in battle and or captured.
Kōga had a plan to train these 12 squads for 4 to 6 months with absolutely brutal training as they'd need to be the best of the best.
He'd also teach them a few techniques he himself created such as the [Hiding like a wraith technique!] Which allowed kōga to become completely unsensable, not even a flicker of chakra could be sensed when this technique was active.
Another was a version of chakra enhancement by flooding each individual strand of muscle fibers and bones with chakra.
And many more techniques He'd either created for convenience or recreated techniques He'd remembered the handseals for from his previous life.

After a dozen minutes or so, the chosen clan members began trickling into training ground number 5, all confused but they had been informed that they'd be told why they were requested at the training grounds.
The first clan members, seeing kōga sitting in the training ground wondered if they'd heard the training ground number wrong but kōga waved at them to come over.
"You lot can sit and wait for the others to arrive." He said going back to the scroll before him.
The clan members hearing kōgas words all chose to sit down before him in a semi circle like form.
Another dozen minutes or so and the last of the 48 shinobi entered the training ground, joining the others.
Kōga, sensing that everyone one was accounted for rolled the scroll he was working back up before looking up at the gathered shinobi.
"Many of you might be wondering why I've called you here." Kōga stated, getting nods from the gathered individuals.
"A couple days back when I took part in the war on the mainland I'd heard something quite interesting!" He said his voice even.
"Senju tobirama had created an organization some of you might know of, he created the ANBU or ansatsu senjutsu tokushu butai or tactics and assassination squads!" Informed kōga to the gathered members causing the more aware clan members to understand why they'd been asked to gather here at the training ground.
Kōga nodded. "Yes, I see that some of you understand the reason for you command to gather here, for the who don't, Uzushiogakure plans to instate it's own anbu core known as Tide!" He finished for those who didn't understand.
Many now had the same looks of realization appear on their faces, causing kōga to nod he gotten across what he wanted to.
"For the next 4 to 6 months I'll train you, some of you might not be able to withstand said training now but by the time this training is finished you will be getting the shinobi of other nations with an ease you've never seen before!" Kōga said causing an excited stir among yhe trainees.
"Alright those who are jonin of the village, please step forward!" Exclaimed kōga as he stood from his seated position.
9 shinobi stepped out 6 men, 3 women.
"You 9, you'll become captains, 3 chunin to each jonin now, the remaining chunin form up in teams of 4!" Kōga shouted for everyone to hear.
Shuffling was heard as the shinobi present did as told, while the remaining chunin formed the remaining 3 teams.
"For the 3 completey chunin teams, the first one to make it to jonin will be made squad captain for now you for a lose squad choose someone to follow!" Kōga issued and it didn't take long for them to choose a squad captain.
"Good, from now till your training is finished you won't be issued any missions in or outside the village, do not worry you've been put on paid leave until you trainees graduate!" Explained kōga before beckoning the captains of each squad to come over.
"Squad captains, your first task is to get to know your squad mates their likes, dislikes, talents and more!" He stated to which he received a hai kōga-sama.
Shaking his head kōga told all the gathered shinobi. "From now on till you graduate this training camp your to call me instructor, do you understand!"
"Yes instructor!" The gathered shinobi chorused making kōga nod. "Good, now get moving!"
