(P.S.: Uchiha Shin is not a member of the Uchiha Clan, so he is not counted here. The Six Paths Sage's Three Tomoe transformed directly into the Rinnegan, so he is considered not to have awakened the Mangekyo.)
And Uchiha En is the 13th person to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan.
