Taiyo removes the limit on how many checkpoints he can have and no longer needs to touch a surface to create them; he can now mark atoms in the air just by looking at them.
He teleports so rapidly between millions of airborne checkpoints that he effectively exists in all places at once within a 1-mile radius. He can deliver a billion punches from a billion different angles simultaneously. To an observer, time seems to stop, and the entire battlefield is filled with afterimages of him before the enemy is instantly vaporized by sheer kinetic force.

Ability: By making eye contact, he can temporarily "mute" one of his opponent's five senses. He usually takes away sight or hearing to disorient villains.

She can throw a single coin into a battlefield, and through a chain reaction of calculated ricochets (hitting a pipe, which releases steam, which blinds a villain, who fires a laser that hits a support beam), she can take down an entire villain army with one tiny action. She doesn't just predict the outcome; she guarantees it.
6. The Messy-Haired Boy...
Name: Arata "Ash" Aizawa
Hero Name: Poltergeist
Quirk: Tangibility Shift
Ability: He can turn objects he touches "ghostly" for 5 seconds, allowing them to pass through walls or floors.
PLUS ULTRA: "Phantom Zone: World Descent"
He touches the ground and phases the earth itself to a depth of 100 meters. An entire army of villains instantly falls through the floor into the crust of the earth. He then deactivates the quirk, re-solidifying the ground and trapping them in the bedrock forever (or until they are dug out by authorities).
7. The Short Boy with Dark Hair..

Quirk: Kinetic Echo
Ability: He absorbs the force of physical hits taken to his body and releases that stored energy as a shockwave. He has to get hit to power up.
PLUS ULTRA: "Zero Sum: God-Eater"
He stops waiting to be hit. He begins absorbing ambient kinetic energy from the environment—the rotation of the earth, the wind, sound waves, and tremors. His body glows with blinding white energy as he releases a shockwave capable of leveling a mountain range, turning all potential energy in the atmosphere into a singular destructive blast.
