The whole school is boiling after seeing the forums. The two factions, Fawley and Flint who joined forces not long ago are now at each other's throats. Worse, Snape confined them all temporarily under the orders of Headmaster.
But both him and Dumbledore knew who is responsible for this. This boy caused quite a storm now. He involved several big heads into the games and dusted his hands off the dirt and worse, no one can prove he did that. The magiphone only works with the user's magic signature. There is neither traces of confundus nor imperious nor any other compulsion charm that forced them. Not do they found any traces of magic related to Damain there. That boy is even clever enough to remove every trace there.
Everything is crystal clear with proof, these people posted everything from their own magiphones. And worse they didn't know a thing until someone told them, by the time they tried to remove their posts, it's already too late. The damage is already done. Daily prophet, already posted the news of everything and several news channels in wizarding world already started questioning about everything.
As for why Snape and others didn't get any alert, the whole Hogwarts and Magical Britain is in deep sleep while Damian is executing the plan, so by the morning, the storm already spread across the wizarding world. Likewise Marcus is thinking the same. But they rulednout Rosier after the investigation by professors. And although they're suspicious of Damian, no proof is there and he is also investigated like others proving he isn't the culprit here. From the proofs in magiphones, now Fawley and Flint factions are at odds.
Evelyn gulped. Can she control this monster? She woke up a demon she can't control and now that he is out, there is no stopping him. What scared her more was the expression on Damian's face. There isn't even an ounce of guilt, or joy or sadness. Instead he is very calm, as calm as an ocean before the tsunami strikes.
Evelyn hand shook, all professors locked on Hogwarts and searched for clues, even questioned every student to find if this is someone's else plan. But Damain is able to come out as innocent like all other students. Could this boy who is capable of destroying factions even before completing his first year, someone she can take on.
Then the storm appeared. Minister ran to Hogwarts with aurors and led an investigation. But everything lead to Gemma and Marcus factions using their magiphones to do everything. He wanted to take these students and throw them into azkaban, but how can these purebloods let it go like this.
They negotiated with minister. The next few days caused quite a stir. Howlers became common in Hogwarts, Fawley's and Flint's lost most of their influence and got targetted. The two factions are at each other's throats constantly. Evelyn is really terrified now. Not even her own faction is believing her when she said Damian is the reason for all this.
And when asked Damian completely denied any hand in happened. Evelyn's emotions are now in a turmoil, she don't know what to say anymore. She got benefits from this, but why does it feel like she opened a Pandora's box. The ministry and Wizengamont is in shambles.
The pressure from other magical communities increased especially when the scolded and insulted ones are from the top hierarchy of those communities. Many students from Slytherin already applied to change schools. Damian sat there just witnessing all this.
Only Draco Malfoy escaped. How? He lied telling them, he is in under someone's control while writing them. Moreover his father used some wealth along with his age as an excuse to clear up the messed up reputation regaining some small bearings there.
In just three days, the ministry and Wizengamont got reorganised. Fawley and Flint families faced charges, those involved in crimes and got exposed with the proofs got sent to azkaban and those who didn't are quite miserable as they're being suppressed by others now.
And the culprit who had done all this is just casually sipping his drink and exchanging sole knowledge with the friends from Hufflepuff. As expected, no one will suspect Damian. Sure, he is a genius when it comes to dueling and magic. But no one expects a kid to be very scheming at this age. So they believed when they Damian is claimed innocent and has nothing to do with any of this.
Worse, his name is even in the victim list that is harmed by these two factions just when he entered Hogwarts as a Slytherin. Like stories started spreading around how they used to bully him and how he is forced to learn magic to defend himself, how he faced them and defeated but got ganged up by these two factoons. This earned him quite a wave of sympathy.
But unlike students, and most professors, only two knew who caused this storm. Dumbledore and Snape. At first Dumbledore is concerned seeing Damian's actions, but after he saw the result he is quite surprised. He never thought of this method. Ministry is reorganised, the purebloods lost a chunk of influence and power. Backlash from all sides made them busy and because of some extremists in the purebloods, situation only got worse. Many changes that Dumbledore wanted to see, is now happening. And no one is truly harmed, only brought to justice and faced the consequences of their actions.
Although Dumbledore is quite displeased at first but seeing these actions, he couldn't help but fall into deep doubt. And when he called Damain, that kid acted like he is innocent. And Dumbledore is also reluctant to take action now against Damian. Although he felt, Damian can be guided in a proper way.
But Snape has a completely different opinion on Damain. He is terrified, yep, terrified. Just like Evelyn, because he knew what kind of person Damian is or at least he thought until recently a completely unexpected move made by Damian.
Damian is a perfect Slytherin. He has talent, intelligence, patience, an iron clad will, a cunning and strategic mind. And most importantly something very few has, he knew when, where and how to strike while not getting dirt into his hands. This is Snape's opinion on Damain.
