Cherreads

Chapter 7 - Welcome to Munich.

"What are you looking at in that phone?"

"Just finding something interesting to read."

"What kind of phone is that?"

"Cheap kind"

"You are so boring, you don't talk that much, do you?"

Max had to put down his phone with annoyance, there was also visible anger in his eyes because the girl in front of him was constantly talking and wouldn't shut her mouth.

Blanka could not care less about it, she just put down her sunglasses because the sun was glaring at her too much and sipped tea like the princess she was.

"I don't like to talk useless stuff. Where did you get that tea anyway?"

Max, seeing there was still no pop-up from the system, sighed with regret. He can't abandon his quest halfway, can he? Locking the phone, his eyes landed on the aromatic tea she was having.

"This was bought from Japan for me, hehe."

"Good for you, don't even think about it."

Max had to stop Blanka from making him a cup, sure, it looked appetizing, but their station was just 5 minutes away. He could see that on a TV-like screen. The train they were on was super fast, so they reached it in an hour or so.

"If I were you, I would start packing these up now, you have quite some suitcases to move around."

"Oh! My boyfriend will help me out."

"Oh? He's coming to pick you up? That's the only sensible thing you've said in this whole hour you've talked."

"NO….dummy, you have to help me out, now let's do it fast."

*Ding-Dong* *We will be shortly arriving at Munich Central Station.*

"Hurry, hurry."

"Oh my god, I hate you."

Max, seeing there was still no system notification, was forced to get up, as a person who likes to prepare in advance, he absolutely hates the last-minute rush in his life, but this girl was pushing his limit over and over.

*BAAM*

"Be careful."

"God damn!! How heavy are these?"

Taking his backpack on his back, he first tried to pull out one suitcase from the overhead shelf. He thought suitcases would be light and not that weighty, but boy, he was wrong.

"Don't stand there like an idiot, pull one out yourself. I am going to push this towards the gate."

"I can't, these are too heavy for me."

"Are you fucking kidding me?"

Ten minutes later, Max was seated alone in front of the train station on a public bench, his face looked pale surrounded by three giant suitcases. He couldn't even talk with how dry his throat was.

Finally, sigh! I didn't even eat breakfast, close it for now.

Max, seeing the system pop up, finally sighed with relief. He didn't want anything to do with this girl anymore, she was very troubling and bad for his mental health. If he spent some more time with her, he might convert to one of her servants just naturally, she was that clumsy.

"Here, I got this water bottle for you."

Blanka finally showed up with a half-liter water bottle, she was gone for twenty minutes, and seeing the waffle bag in her hand, Max just rolled his eyes and took the bottle from her.

"Haaah! Water feels right, sit here. I have to do some work in the city, so good luck."

"Hey!! You are not going anywhere without eating a waffle with me, I bought you one too."

"It's alright, I don't need to eat a waffle, I don't eat after drinking this much water."

Max just stood up after drinking the water, he felt like he could discover this new city on his own. He didn't need a guide after all, the guide was not as reliable as he thought she was. It was more like babysitting on steroids with her.

"B... But I bought three, two for you and one for me."

"It's just I don't like to eat sweet things first thing in the morning."

He wanted to get away from her, but she was holding a corner of his backpack. He tugged it several times only to realize she was grabbing it quite hard, if he pressed strongly, it would look and feel weird.

"Ah! Alright, let's eat somewhere nice after my sister picks me up."

"Don't bother, please. It's…"

*Screech*

Before he can say any more, a speeding car stopped abruptly on the road just in front of them. It was blue in color, and then came out a golden-haired woman. She looked a bit like Blanka, but Blanka has brown hair, they only have those blue eyes in common between them.

"Blanka!! I was searching for you all over the station. Where were you? I passed by this place like four times and didn't see you."

"I was buying waffles for my friend, sorry."

-_-

Max was speechless, both sisters were very alike in speech and looks. The new one was older and more mature, while Blanka was just a spoiled brat. He didn't even want to explain himself to them, he wanted to get the fuck out of here.

"He's Max. Max, this is my sister Danica. He is new here, so I promised him to show him around the town."

"No, it's alright, Blanka, Ms. Danica, I will take my leave. I have somewhere to be, I don't want to disturb you guys anymore."

Danica first looked at Max from head to toe, she was not quick to judge. Max looked somewhat poor, but what interested her was the look in her sister's eyes. Blanka wants this boy around, and the boy wants to leave, the situation is kind of reversed.

Huh? Finally she found someone that can pique her interest?

Blanka was very pretty, friendly, and talkative from when she was a baby, there was never any shortage of boys around her from childhood, but she always felt irritated, and later in her teens it became a repulsion, so seeing her sister trying her best, she has to do something right?

"Max, you're no bother. Call me Danica like Blanka does. Welcome to Munich. I believe you will be in safe hands if I show you around."

"Sigh! Alright, Help me find lodging, I don't know where to start looking for it. My phone's battery also died."

Max had no choice but to accept, his phone doesn't last long, and he had to use it the whole ride because Blanka won't stop yapping and there's free Wi-Fi. He needed to download stuff for free, now he realizes how stupid of a mistake he made.

"Don't worry about anything, hop in."

After saying "hop in," did she realize her sister brought an enormous amount of suitcases with her, and she felt really bad asking for help from Max, who barely wanted to be with them? She wanted to smack her dunce sister.

"It's cool, I will help, just let her carry one, I will be satisfied."

Max was an idiot, he saw through Danica's emotion. She was also a victim of Blanka. What gave him satisfaction was Danica being the normal one, he thought both of them would be bratty, but Danica was sensible enough. He still has hope of learning this city's ways from her.
