In a dark room with close curtains, it was spacious room filled with a single bed which was touching the wall, on other side a study table on top of it a few books, a nice computer and a report card which was full of red circles and cross pointing mistakes, besides the table there was a large book stand with almost hundreds of books, and a chair on which a boy who turned merely 16 few days ago was leaning on it restless looking at the ceiling with stressed eyes.
'Buzz Buzz' the mobile on the bed started ringing, the boy reached for the mobile with a very lazy tone, he picked the call and then the caller said "Oye Satuoshi why the hell you didn't wait after school, now come to the mountain's hideout, HURRY". The phone call finished and a smile came on Satuoshi's face.
Satuoshi reached to the hideout, he saw his friend completing the door of their hideout "Yamato tie the rope a little up and then it will not fall" , he said with a grin.
"Yeah I guess you are right" Yamato tied the rope as instructed "Wow awesome I was trying it for 15 minutes still it didn't complete but you find it in seconds. You are awesome Satuoshi!"
"Enough with buttering, first tell me your marks in today's test" Satuoshi blinked his eyes with a curious face and Yamato's face saddened, gaze gone down and he turned his face "Ya-Yamato don't worry you don't have to tell me".
"No its ok, I got 86 percent" he turned his face with wide smile and I was obviously shock and angry "As always, why did I even worry for you just now" it was not a big deal for Yamato to get this much but Satuoshi always feel envy by this comparison. "So, Satuoshi its your turn now, how much did you score, you even head to the home directly after school, professor Ito was looking for you."
"Not even near to your scores and for professor Ito, so he told me to come in staff room after class but I know he was just gonna nag at me that's why I didn't stay" Satuoshi silently move towards the four trees between which they are creating a hideout of wood and leaves and started roping the wood of widows.
After the chatting and a little bit of work for 1 hour Yamato says "Ahh I didn't focus on time, I am late" he looks toward Satuoshi and ask "I am going towards market for some vegetables, will you like to come?" Satuoshi thinks for second and said "Fine, my house is not too far from market anyways" on this Yamato grin and say "House? Or a Palace?".
They both move down from mountain and reaching towards market road, Satuoshi notice Yamato was counting his money and thinking a little hard "did you forgot your money?" on this question Yamato smiled and said "Not everyone is rich like you, I was just thinking of prices and the total money I have" this type of comments cut through Satuoshi and his faced started looking despaired, 'Crap I didn't even think before saying this, shit' Yamato thought and continued "…Satuoshi look we reach in market… ah there is vegetable shop, lets go" Satuoshi grab Yamato's shoulder and pull him in a alley, Yamato ask angrily "Sorry that I tease you about your family but what's the meaning of this?" Satuoshi replied in same tone "Huh? What are you saying, professor Ito was heading towards us so I just hide here, you can go if you want" hearing this Yamato awkwardly smiled and said "Oh..uh forget it what I just said and I will wait so relax a bit". "Don't worry kiddos, we will take care of you" in that dark alley three figures came out with a evil smile. One was muscular on his left side a thin man holding a knife and on his right side a man with only one arm, their clothes were teared and they were reeking of alcohol. Muscular man stays in front of us and other two move at our back side then he said "Take all of their belongings" the thin man put his knife on Satuoshi's neck and just keep a evil smile which left no choice Satuoshi started giving his watch and a little amount of money for train or taxi. As for Yamato he was angry and staring at muscular man but for this "Smack" he got a slap and one handed man start looking his pocket and did not found anything but the muscular man was sharp and said "check his hands", Yamato was hiding money in that hand but got found out.
"Did you both check every pocket of this chicks" muscular man said while taking our belonging from those other two and made us seat on our kneel and pressing our head down I look toward Yamato, he was bleeding by nose from that slap but his face was filled with anger. I can't heard properly but by their joyous tone I can tell they were whispering about my watch. And then Yamato tilt a towards me and said very lightly "Satuoshi on your left side there is glass bottle and I have a iron rod nearby, I will handle the gorilla and one handy you take the stick man, they are not looking let's go!" wait but why we have to fight when we can run, I tried to said "wait sto-" no it is late Yamato is already moving slowly, I took the glass bottle slowly and we both jump on them at same time. Yamato hit at the head of gorilla and I tried to jump at stick man but something was wrong, why the hell is one handy is fast?!, I can't move, I am too scared, I can't fight those monsters. Because I didn't move both the other two attack Yamato at same time, in next blink all I know was that the knife entered in Yamato's chest he fell at the ground and is now motionless, I crawled toward him "Ya..mato" my eyes widened blood was covering the ground his eyes become lifeless the portion of my body and clothes touching the ground were soaked in blood. Till then the muscular man woke up again, he saw this and yell at other two "What the hell..!! are you two idiots?! , why you kill the kid, now what should we do!!!" one hand man said "Shit! I guess he is dead we should run now!" they all ran away, I didn't care about that now, why they say Yamato is dead? "Oye Yamato…wake up…now" I turned him towards me but he didn't move nor a blink neither a sound came. He is DEAD, this words came in mind and I lost consciousness, fell down in his blood, in a dark alley.
