Chapter 128 - The Transcription Seal

"Princess Lana, I'm going to place something… interesting inside your body."

Uchiha Soren leaned casually against the throne, one elbow on the armrest, chin resting on his hand, a leg crossed over the other. His gaze—cold as frost—fell on the princess, whose expression froze before she forced herself back into graceful composure.

The corner of his lips lifted.

"You don't mind… do you?"

(If I speak my true feelings, I'll definitely die a horrible death.)

Lana bowed with perfect elegance, though privately she wanted to carve Soren into pieces and feed him to dogs.

Yet her face bloomed with the gentlest smile, warm as spring sunlight.

"Everything in this kingdom belongs to the Supreme Leader…"

She paused, letting her smile soften, a faint blush blooming in her sapphire eyes—subtle, calculated, almost invisible.

"Naturally, this jewel of a princess also belongs to the Supreme Leader. Whatever you command, Lana will obey wholeheartedly."

(I'll kill you eventually.)

Soren almost laughed.

On Lana's mental landscape, he could practically see a blazing symbol: 殺.

His spiritual, physical, and natural energies had merged into a higher "law power," and the differences between himself and ordinary humans had grown stark. Anyone whose mind was weaker could no longer hide their emotional currents from him.

Princess Lana, in his eyes, was like a massive beacon of suppressed negativity.

If Soren's system were emotion-based, she would've been a golden goose laying hatred-filled eggs.

"Truly a princess whose mouth says one thing and heart says another. Not nearly as straightforward as your loyal knight."

(He can read emotions—or minds?!)

Before she could hide her shock, Soren's aura shifted.

A moment ago, warm sunlight filled the majestic throne hall, making it feel almost heavenly.

In the next breath—

An icy killing intent swept through the chamber like a silent storm.

*(What is that eye?!) *

A pair of Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan manifested—projected across vast distance from Soren's main body in Konoha, reaching through the clone's senses and descending upon the hall like a divine curse.

Cold.

Unyielding.

Piercing directly into her soul.

Lana's mask shattered.

Terror twisted her delicate features.

Under that crushing spiritual pressure, even the air felt frozen.

Her legs gave out.

She fell to her knees, forehead nearly touching the polished floor.

Soren rose from the throne.

"Princess Lana," he said calmly, "I don't care what schemes lie in your heart. Serve me well, and both you and Climb will live."

As he walked past her, he reached down and gently lifted her chin with two fingers.

Her flawless face tilted upward.

Her sapphire eyes—filled with fear, defiance, and hatred—contrasted sharply with the purity of her expression, like a white lotus blooming atop a dark swamp.

"Lana," Soren murmured, "help my nation shine like gold. Do that, and I shall grant you true eternity."

Without waiting for her response, he left the throne hall.

The heavy doors opened with a low groan—

and closed again with a deep, echoing thud.

Lana's body trembled.

(I survived… for now.)

(Climb, my purity still belongs to you.)

She rose quickly and approached the polished surface of the throne, staring at her reflection.

(Something "interesting" has already been planted inside me…)

Soren had made no attempt to hide it.

She had clearly felt a strange power enter her eyes—then vanish.

(A trigger-based spell…?)

Her brows tightened.

Unable to determine the conditions, she began deducing possibilities based on Soren's personality and methods.

—Prohibition against physical intimacy with other men

—Prohibition against betraying the Supreme Leader

—Prohibition against leaking shinobi secrets

Her thoughts tangled like knotted thread.

Her slender fingers gripped one another, anxiety flickering beneath her calm exterior.

(He's put a rope around my neck.)

(If I must die with Climb in a cell, at least my first time should belong to him… not the Supreme Leader.)

But the world's light spilled across her again, and the Golden Princess appeared ethereal—like a gem catching sunlight.

Her thoughts drifted to Blue Roses.

A five-woman adamantite party—

One muscular warrior who always seemed out of place,

and four stunning beauties: the priestess-leader, the twin ninja, and the vampiric enchantress.

All peerless in their own way.

Perfect sacrifices for a man like the Supreme Leader.

(Yes… it's time for Blue Roses to contribute to the kingdom.)

Her eyes briefly showed concern—

a performance of compassion for her "friends."

She hoped they could captivate the Supreme Leader long enough to distract him…

so she could find more women, more shields, more pawns.

The more beautiful candidates she gathered, the sooner she would lose value in Soren's predatory gaze.

For someone like her—delicate, modest in figure—a surplus of beauties worked in her favor.

(And for balance, I must also seek noblewomen from surrounding nations…)

As Lana plotted quietly, Soren encountered the eldest prince—still hanging from restraints.

With casual disinterest, Soren dropped him beside the king and second prince.

All three trembled helplessly under his gaze.

Soren spoke coolly:

"Thank your exceptional daughter. Your lives, for now… are yours again."
