Chapter 76 - Armored Susanoo

In a single breath, two titanic Susanoo erupted skyward — one crimson, one azure.

Ten meters.

Fifty.

A hundred—

Two hundred meters of divine armor ripping through the clouds, wings unfurling like celestial war banners.

These were not constructs.

These were gods wearing armor, born from killing intent and ocular might.

Before them, even bijū looked like children's toys.

Beneath their feet, the colossal stone visages of Madara and Hashirama cracked—

necks buckling—

and toppled into the waterfall with cataclysmic crashes.

Geysers of white spray erupted toward the sun.

Both Susanoo beat their wings once.

Hurricanes tore across the valley.

Each drew a god-sword —

colossal blades growing from 100 meters, to 120, to 130 meters, each arc of their steel tearing grooves into the sky.

They clashed.

A single collision detonated a wave that split clouds open and sent whitewater geysers spiraling upward from the river below.

The cliffs cratered.

The waterfall disintegrated into a million glittering shards.

High above the mist, Uchiha Soren, inside the diamond-core of his crimson Susanoo, rose like a phoenix.

Uchiha Madara's blue Susanoo shadowed him instantly — a twin predator.

Blades screamed.

Crimson pivoted and descended in a violent counterstroke—

Blue blocked with crossed swords—

The sky cracked from the force.

Soren's eyes narrowed.

His crimson Susanoo edged stronger by a hair—

but Madara's Eternal Mangekyō howled more fiercely, flooding the blue armor with chakra.

Blue Susanoo twisted midair and delivered a mountain-breaking kick.

BOOM.

The two armors ricocheted apart, then slammed together again—

a tempo of destruction, each beat enough to erase a city.

To ordinary shinobi, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu—

all of it meant nothing here.

A Complete Susanoo was a walking cataclysm.

Every gesture carved valleys.

Every breath stirred hurricanes.

And the two gods—

fought on.

Wind shrieked.

Stone vaporized.

Mito's crimson hair lashed wildly in the storm.

Mito vs. the Seven-Tails

"Before this force, even the Nine-Tails is nothing…"

Mito murmured, astonished at the devastation wrought in under a minute.

The Seven-Tails staggered back as Madara and Soren separated.

Mito seized her chance.

"Adamantine Bind!!!"

Golden chains burst from her back like living serpents.

The Seven-Tails screeched and lashed out—

six wings slicing wind-style blades at the bindings.

The chains rang like struck steel, holding despite the force.

Mito's expression hardened.

Her chakra — vast as a sea, purer than Senju, fiercer than Uchiha — surged outward.

The number of chains doubled.

Gold sealed the sky.

Gold sealed the earth.

The Seven-Tails writhed but could not escape.

It gathered chakra into a tan bijūdama and spat —

the blast tore a crater the size of a small lake—

But when the dust cleared,

chains still dug deep into its shell and wings.

The beast fell — an airborne titan reduced to a broken pillar.

Madara's Irritation

Madara scowled.

"Who gave you permission to seal the Seven-Tails?"

He flicked his wrist.

The Seven-Tails snapped back into his control via summoning, drawn like a puppet on a thread.

From his vantage, he saw Mito atop the immobilized beast holding the Amber Vessel — one of the Six Paths treasures.

His side battle was proceeding as expected.

But Soren—

That boy was not kneeling.

And that unexpected resistance thrilled him.

He lived for enemies worth killing.

"Soren. Prepare yourself."

Madara's chakra surged.

"Armored Susanoo!!"

Blue chakra wrapped the Seven-Tails—

melding beast and construct—

forming a Seven-Tails Susanoo hybrid, wings beating thunder into the heavens.

Soren + Mito — The Forbidden Fusion

Soren teleported to Mito with a flicker of Flying Thunder God, seizing her hand.

Their chakra intertwined—

a double-helix of red and gold, fusing into a single, overwhelming current.

The golden Adamantine Bind vanished.

Outside, the Nine-Tails roared—

—and was immediately swallowed by crimson fire.

The valley trembled.

The Nine-Tails Susanoo rose—

a titan draped in nine mountain-length tails, each crack of their movement shattering sound.

The air became heavy.

The ground groaned under the weight.

Inside the crystalline core, Soren glanced at Mito—

—and found her flushed.

Color painted her cheeks; her breath hitched.

The bond of jinchūriki and bijū is absolute:

If one dies, the other dies.

Their spiritual spaces touch.

For an instant, she felt the Nine-Tails' instinctive possessiveness—

And Soren's.

(You are mine.)

Her heart lurched.

She pulled her hand back, though crimson and gold still spiraled in the air between them.

Soren's voice remained steady.

"Mito… this fight will be long. If you resist, our chakra won't sync.

Driving the Nine-Tails will bleed me dry."

"If Madara wins, he'll return to Konoha.

He'll twist the Senju's dream until neither Hashirama nor Tobirama would recognize it."

"If you won't help, I won't force you with the Sharingan."

Before she could answer—

Madara's Seven-Tails Susanoo dove, seven armored tails lashing with monstrous force, scattering Yasaka magatama in a storm of chakra stones.

Nine-Tails Susanoo braced, countering tail for tail.

Mito snapped, breathless:

"You presumptuous, overbearing Hokage!

You never give me a choice!"

Her hand slipped firmly into his.

Soren's grin ignited.

A joy fiercer than any awakening burned through him—

even brighter than when his Mangekyō had first evolved into the Eternal.

He laughed, exhilarated.

"Madara!

Come claim your death!"

Madara's roar shook the broken valley.

"Soren!

Insolent child!"

And the two war-gods—

Seven-Tails Susanoo vs. Nine-Tails Susanoo—

launched into their slaughtering dance once more.
