Chapter 7 - Dungeon.

Leon's smirk widened as he left the tower.

The moment he left the tower, he stretched both his arms up in the air. 'Let's go and finish the hidden quest.'

He made his way to the first city, which is Graveshollow

There was a huge road in the center, and on the sides were a lot of houses. There was a big fountain that was splashing water continuously in the middle of the city.

That spot was the spawn point. Leon made his way there:

---

[Spawn point detected.]

[Do you want to set the spawn here?]

[Yes/No]

---

A small smirk curled up on his lips as he extended his hand and pressed the 'Yes' option.

[Spawn point set.]

[Now, if you ever die, then you'll spawn here.]

His eyes scanned the entire area; a bunch of players were there in the city.

Some of them were arguing over the materials, some were trying to make a party for the next dungeon, and some were purchasing stuff from the nearby shops.

But he didn't pay any attention to them and opened his map.

'Let's focus on the quest for now.'

[Loading the map.]

The map of the city appeared in front of his eyes, shimmering with the bright blue light.

"So, I'm currently here and..." He muttered under his breath as he pressed on the option 'Current Quests.'

The moment he pressed it, a new option on the map appeared. It was the location where he had to go.

[Hidden Quest: Help Sia]

[Distance: 500 meters]

A small smirk curled up on his lips as his voice came low but steady. "It's a useful function."

Leon started walking in the direction he saw on the map. He passed the buildings, the homes, and also left the city behind him.

He reached a jungle completely covered with tall trees. When he entered, he noticed a couple of players were already there.

His eyes scanned the field. 'There are five of them. One seems to be a tank, and one is carrying a bow. That girl is holding a staff, so definitely a mage, and that frail boy next to the person who's guiding them all might be their healer.'

A small smile was tucked up on his lips as he walked near them.

They all noticed him and were being hostile towards him. The guy who was leading them said, "Hey, I'm Liam. We were about to raid this dungeon."

Leon looked him in the eyes, his voice came sharp. "Okay? I didn't ask about that, and I'm also here to clear this dungeon." He said as he faced towards the portal and began walking towards it.

Liam's voice came from behind, loud. "Do you want any help?"

A small smirk was tucked on Leon's lips as his voice came low. "It's kind of you to give me that offer, but I have to politely reject that." He didn't look back at them and kept moving.

'Help? The bitches who provide help to solo players are mostly behind their equipment and nothing else.'

When he reached next to the portal, he gave a slight glance at those players.

They were glaring at Leon, but when they felt that he had seen them, they shifted their gaze.

A small smile curled up on his lips as he brushed his hair with his hand. 'See, I knew it.'

Leon entered the dungeon. Cold air brushed against his skin as the dim, greenish glow seeped through the stone corridor.

Bones were scattered across the floor, some cracked beneath his boots, others set neatly along the walls as if arranged on purpose.

He started to go deeper into the dungeon. Finally, the first monster of the dungeon appeared in front of him.

It was a skeleton, but there were five of them. All together, rushing towards him. Two of them had axes in their hands, and three had swords.

---

[Name: Skeletons]

[Level: 3]

[Rank: E+]

---

A small smirk appeared on Leon's face. "My current stats are on the level of a Level 5 player. These mobs are babies for me."

Leon lifted his hand as he used his skill [Shadow Bind]. The shadows of the nearby objects came rushing towards the hand of Leon.

They entered his body through his palm, and then he whispered under his breath. "Bind their shadows and make them stop."

The shadows that had entered his palm escaped at blitz speed and reached the group of skeletons.

Those shadows grabbed them from all sides, restraining their legs and arms.

A small smile appeared on Leon's face as he walked towards the group of skeletons. "That was easy."

[Mana: 20/30]

A small groan escaped through his lips. "Ugh... using this skill costs ten mana, and I have this little of it."

He closed the distance between him and the skeletons and took the knife out of his inventory.

[Knife: E-Rank]

Then he took his hand slightly back, rotated his wrist, and shot it forward, piercing the ribcage of the skeletons one by one.

---

[Level Up!]

[Level Up!]

[Current Level: 20]

[Unsolicited Stat Points: 6]

---

Leon raised his hand and kept it under his chin, scratching it lightly. "Hmm, so one level up gives ten stat points. That's nice. Are they being generous or hinting that leveling up in the future will be difficult?" He whispered under his breath.

He then shrugged slightly as he leaned toward the bodies of the fallen mobs. "Well, let's leave the future in the future and collect the cores."

His hands moved from one body to another as he collected all of the cores. "Did she tell me how many cores I need?" He said as he scratched the back of his neck.

A small sigh escaped through his mouth as he walked deeper into the dungeon. "Let's just collect as many as I can. If I get some spare ones, then I'll just sell them off."
