Ray laughed as hard as he could: "Two pseudo-immortals and all you can do is talk..."
The cold wind broke his memories of the past; his eyes watched the moon in the sky. "In the end, I still failed, yet this time heavens and hells shall bear testimony to my vow."

Ray smiled; it was in his expectations. He had already broken the biggest rule in the world: "If I die now, there will be no place for me..." The thought of death with no afterlife didn't scare him. Losing on this world meant worse than death for him.
His body started to glitch; his senses didn't tell him anything, yet his eyes could see his body disappearing and appearing constantly.
When the glitches finished after a few minutes, he could sense some chains were broken from his back. "I'm no longer connected to any spiritual world..."
"Last life, I was assigned to hell; the bonuses I received were not that bad. Do outcasts have their own benefits too?" There was another person that he knew was an Outcast: Aria the monster.
Soon he received his answer.
As an Outcast, the Lust system will reward you with 50 base stats in any field you want.
"Well, that's disappointing." Hell had given him about 100 in each of his base stats.

Train for 80 hours.
Craft any sort of crystal.

Weekly missions were the main source of getting heart stones, yet for many people their tasks were too hard to accomplish.
Ray had already done all of them; a few heart stones were transferred into his system storage.
You have a message from someone:

His expression turned gloomy. "So after all, I'm not the only one who traveled in time." To send a message via the system, two people had to have a close relationship. Two candidates were only on his list, but both of them were more dangerous than the other one.
He took a few breaths to clear his mind. "For now my main goal should be to take back Orcus; for that I need at least five blood crystals." The supply was his biggest worry; the thirty dark crystals he had used for Alexanderia had taken four years to gather.
"With my current speed it should take around two years..."
His figure stood firm against the intense winds at the top of the tower. "I have the power to fight anyone in level 3 and survive. Blood Dance mixed with Inferno will do wonders."
The coins from the achievements increased his mind by 9 times. With no hesitation the other free points were all used on his mind too. The only stat that mattered in crafting was his mind; just with this little upgrade, his time between crafting decreased by one month.
He checked his system for the last time.

He didn't have to wait long for a response:

"If you had your full memories, you would have already killed me many times. You still need me, Jade."

He didn't rely on her; Jade was the closest person he had to call a friend, if they didn't want to kill each other most of the time.
"She should be level 9 at this time; on Earth's threats list, she's in the top five. Yet to break the wall to reach being an Immortal, she needs me." All the time they had spent together was still fresh in his mind.
The problem was elsewhere; Jade could be his ally for some time, but the other person was missing.
