Percy's POV
I had planned to share lunch with Henderson, but instead walked straight into chaos between Wyatt and Tristan. If Wyatt had laid a finger on Deryl or anyone else who matters, I would have torn his throat out. As it stands, every fiber of my being wanted to end Tristan's miserable existence. I need time before I go down to those cells because my wolf is howling for blood. I heard every poisonous word that spilled from Tristan's mouth before Deryl knocked him unconscious, and I saw nothing but red. He should count himself lucky that my mate was there to anchor me from slaughtering the entire group. I don't give a damn if my pack shrinks to three members, as long as those three would die for Henderson.
