Henderson's POV
I had just made my way downstairs, still frustrated that Percy had left me hanging after what I tried to initiate this morning, when one of the pack omegas approached me with news about my medical delivery.
"That arrived quickly. Let them know I'll meet them at the hospital," I replied, remembering how extensive my order had been.
Denise pressed a breakfast sandwich into my palm as I headed out, and I spent the entire morning sorting through and organizing all the medical supplies I had requested. To my pleasant surprise, every single item on my list had been approved for purchase.
The only missing piece was the microscope, which wouldn't arrive until tomorrow. I let out a frustrated sigh, eager to examine Oscar's tissue samples, but that would have to wait until after we returned from Ezekiel's Alpha ceremony.
