"My body hurts," I groaned tiredly as Kastiel massaged my legs.
The words came out more like a whine than I intended, but I didn't even bother correcting myself. I felt like every single muscle in my body had been stretched, twisted, and then abandoned to suffer. My shoulders ached, my back felt stiff, and my legs—my poor legs—felt like they had been carrying bricks all day instead of just me.
Kastiel's hands pressed into my calves slowly, his thumbs working carefully against the tight muscles. The pressure made me wince at first, but after a moment the pain melted into relief.
After we left the restaurant earlier, it had been work. Non-stop work.
