"Hunter Jinyoung. Our hunters reported your skills, so we're giving you an opportunity to re‑rank. It is impossible for a D‑Rank to clear a low S‑Rank gate. Now… to begin your re‑rank, release your aura into the machine. If it breaks, you're S‑Rank. If it measures A‑Rank, then you're A‑Rank. It's that simple."

Baek Kong stepped forward.
"Show us your ability."

The force slammed Baek Kong to his knees. The Beast Master gritted his teeth, enduring the pressure, and slowly stood back up.
"That's quite a good spell," Baek Kong said. "Are you a mage or a fighter?"
"I'm a mix," Jinyoung replied.
"So you have mage‑like abilities… and can fight physically?"
"Yes. I can."
The room fell silent.
The S‑Ranks glanced at the cracked floor, then at the newly awakened hunter who caused it.
"He'll be a great help to the Hunter Association," Taekyoo Han muttered.
