READERS WHO ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH ARE ADVISED TO AVOID THIS CHAPTER.

THANK YOU.

With frightened faces, they wanted to scream.

But their voices seemed unwilling to come out.

Not only did their voices not come out, but the words they wanted to scream didn't even cross their minds.

"A—..." The words were cut off instantly when they saw the terrifying face Reigh showed.

*Thud. A few people even collapsed trembling.

Different from Reigh, he who had been laughing now felt unenthusiastic. With a cynical face, he grumbled, "Lackeys like you 'Assassins'?"

*Tsk. "Boring." Reigh added.

Hearing that Reigh felt bored, the assassins immediately became excited.

They all assumed that they would be released by Reigh.

For the assassins, acting as if they had already surrendered would increase their chances of survival.

Not without reason, but also a fact in the field that they themselves had experienced.

When they were caught by the authorities, they would act as if they had surrendered and had no intention to fight.

Soldiers who had a strong sense of humanity, of course, would not attack someone who had surrendered.

However, Reigh suddenly grinned again, "But my other side..." He crouched, staring deeply at the man in front of him, "Likes the matter of torture... Weak creatures..."

Their faces, which had felt relieved, now suddenly became panicked again, "W-We surrender!" shouted one of them. Followed by quick nods from the people behind him.

Reigh raised an eyebrow, "Surrender?" he asked, bringing his lips close to the ear in front of him, "What is..." He whispered, "Surrender?!"

Straightening his head, smiling with raised eyebrows, "Have you ever released your victims who surrendered?" he asked, "Do you have humanity toward the victims you have killed?"

His voice rose instantly, beginning to roar, eyes widening, "DO YOU DESERVE TO LIVE?!"

In a desperate tone, someone tried to defend themselves from Reigh's roar, "W-We just... H-Hired!... W-We just want money!" The words trembled in fear, but still tried to speak loudly.

Reigh narrowed his eyes, "Money, huh?…" Curling his lips, "But in your contract you'd do anything, right?"

"Including taking lives???..." Reigh sat cross-legged casually, "Is money more valuable than your target's life?" He lowered his head slightly, muttering, "Has money bought your humanity?"

Looking back at the person in front of him, "If you no longer have humanity, why should I show humanity?"

Still sitting cross-legged, he closed his eyes, "Now it's your turn." He murmured in his heart.

When the murmur ended, Reigh opened his eyes, "Aghhh!" Standing up, stretching his body, "A decent warm-up..." he groaned. "Perfect as an opener..."

With a friendly smile, he greeted everyone in the room, "Hello, my name is Hgier." He said warmly.

Even though the voice was still Reigh's, the tone and manner of speaking were completely different from Reigh.

With surprised and confused faces, they could only ask in their hearts, "What does that mean?!"

Seeing their confused expressions, Guiver didn't care, "Pray to the God you believe in," he grinned, "If you're even blessed..."

Chuckling, "Khihihi..." Slowly growing louder, "WAHAHAHA! IT'S BEEN SO LONG SINCE I'VE HEARD THE SCREAMS OF DESPAIR FROM BARBARIC HUMANS!"

His voice slowly lowered, looking down at the people who sat trembling. "I want to hear and see how you scream."

Guiver didn't care about the terrified people beneath him, he drew the dagger from his waist, "Only a dagger, huh?..."

Trying to think, "Hm..." Tilting his head while staring at the dagger in his hand, "Skin them?... Gouge?... Mutilate?..."

Tears poured down everyone's faces, hopelessness clear.

"Don't take too long, Guiver..." Reigh, who was inside his body, suddenly spoke to Guiver, "They're not the main target." he added.

*Tsk. "Yeah, yeah." Guiver grumbled back, "Why would I waste time on trash like them?"

Reigh didn't believe that, "You'll get carried away later!"

Guiver quickly shook his head, "Shut up." he snapped, "I want to enjoy this appetizer first."

What everyone saw was only one thing, 'Reigh talking to himself'.

They thought Reigh was completely insane, unable to process what was happening before them.

Even if Reigh's identity as someone with multiple personalities was known, Guiver didn't care. Because for him, no one in this room would survive.

"Scream as loud as you can!" Standing sideways, revealing the wide-open door, "The door is open, there's also a window behind you, you can scream."

*Tch. "Bastard!"

"You've been acting arrogant all this time!" Someone snapped, fed up, "You're just a kid!" He grabbed a weapon lying on the floor.

Standing quickly, *Dash. Charging toward Guiver. "Die!"

Guiver only smiled, for him the movement was very slow even though to others it looked extremely fast.

*Dsssh... The sound of wind magic and metal clashing.

*Krrrttt... The metal held tightly began to erode.

Guiver smirked, "I don't like pain..." he murmured, "So..." Raising his right hand, "Know your place!"

*Slice. Followed by a heartbreaking scream, "ARRGKKH!"

*Thud. Thud. Something fell in succession, the man looked at both his hands, "M-MY HANDS... MY HANDS..."

Seeing the situation grow more desperate, several people tried to escape from the window behind them.

*Tap. Tap. Tap. Running quickly, but Guiver didn't bother with them.

Right at the window ledge, one of them opened it immediately and tried to jump despite knowing it was the second floor.

Just as his head went out to check the height, "This height shouldn't—" *Slash... The man's head was instantly severed.

Followed by the gust of wind outside the window, *Whss... Ssrrr...

"My prey is never allowed to escape." Guiver said calmly.

Everyone remaining showed even deeper despair. "T-This is a lie... Right?…" one muttered.

Seeing their hopeless faces, Guiver's face using Reigh's body, turned red, his gaze full of desire, "This is it..." accompanied by impatient breaths, *Haaa... Haaa.. Haaa.

"That look of despair... It's so arousing." he shouted.

Everyone immediately turned to the window, trying to scream loudly, "HELP!" "HELPPP WEEE!" The screams were loud inside the room, but outside, they could not be heard at all.

"It's useless," Guiver said half-muttering, "I've already used my wind to muffle any sound from this room."

Suddenly, from outside the window, a severed head flew into the room. It was the head of the man earlier, carried by Guiver to avoid suspicion outside.

With a mocking smile, Guiver spoke softly, "How does it feel when all your efforts are useless?" he asked, "That's what your victims felt all this time."

*Tap. Tap. Tap. He walked slowly toward all of them, "Come on..." he murmured, "I don't bite." *Haaa... Haaa.. Haaa.

Clasping both hands still holding the dagger, speaking pitifully, "God... Please help us..." He chuckled, "Cup. Cup. Cup."

Seeing them curl up in despair, Guiver screamed, "HYPOCRITES!" he roared, "WHEN YOUR LIFE IS ON THE LINE, YOU ASK FOR SALVATION. WHEN THERE IS NO SALVATION, YOU HOPE YOUR PRAYERS ARE ANSWERED!"

"DO YOU THINK YOU DESERVE TO BE SAVED BY A GOD YOU NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED?!"

"DO YOU THINK GOD WOULD WANT TO SAVE YOU?!"

"KNOW YOUR PLACE, YOU SHAMELESS SINNERS!"

Glancing at someone curled up against a chair, his voice lowered, "Right..." He vanished. Whispering right beside the person, "Big brother... Fiblio?…"

"You've been quiet all this time... Are you praying?..."

"Hey..."

"Answer me..."

Trembling, Fiblio said, "F-For... give me..."

Guiver snorted, "Can't hear you... Idiooot."

"Well...," Guiver straightened back up, "Just wait your turn, my... beloved brother."

Grinning, glancing at Fiblio, "You'll get special treatment after this opening act."

Approaching the people curled on the floor. "Sorry for the wait."

He crouched before a man curled up, held his face, staring into the shaking eyes, "Do you know?…"

"My favorite thing during torture is prying out the eyeballs."

Smiling, his breath erratic, "When the pupils shrink and widen..."

"When the eyeballs tremble from holding in the pain..."

"When the light of life is slowly pulled away..." He panted uncontrollably.

Slowly lifting his dagger, bringing it close to the eye, beginning his method.

Before this, when he was still living on Earth, he used his privilege as a scientist.

He only requested one thing as payment for helping the country.

Which was, "To be sent one death-row criminal every month." And "In the name of research."

Of course the state officials approved it. Because for them, the life of a death-row criminal was worthless.

They thought Guiver cared about human body research.

But what none of them realized was that Guiver truly enjoyed the research. The mutilation, and everything else.

No expression could depict just how much he enjoyed the process.

When the time came, he was caught in the act just as he began torturing.

This made the high officials of the country extremely conflicted and confused, with no good solution at all.

"Should we stop him?"

"Imprison him?"

"But he's the most genius one."

In the end, the high officials agreed to let Guiver continue for unclear reasons.

The atmosphere in the room suddenly filled with screams of despairing pain.

Guiver glanced at each person curled up covering their ears, "Wait for your turn, okay?" he said coldly, continuing his action.

Each time he did it, he would laugh loudly, "GKHAHAHAHA!" Not caring about his victim's pain, not caring about their screams, not caring about the terrified people around him.
