Bai Luoyan said tremulously, raising her staff.
Chen Kuang said, "Three breaths."
He said leisurely, "Is Elder Bai going to cry? Crying counts as time too."
"Pfft..."
Bai Luoyan spat out another mouthful of blood, her eyes turned crimson, and she clenched her staff, thrusting it directly into her heart!
A surge of force exploded, violently shredding her heart meridian.
Yet Chen Kuang continued counting, "Four breaths."
Bai Luoyan's eyes widened, and she shouted hoarsely, "Chen Kuang! Are you going to break your oath?!"
"Hmm..." Chen Kuang paused, "Huh? When did I ever swear an oath?"
Bai Luoyan suddenly froze, but at this moment her heart meridian had been severed, her life force rapidly dissipating, unable to support her any longer, she collapsed to the ground with a thud.
