Listening to Leo's voice, Holly really wanted to bury herself completely in the blanket.
It was so embarrassing; she felt she couldn't face anyone.
"Mrs. Hayes made sweet and sour ribs, minced eggplant, and braised fish. Are you sure you don't want to come out and eat?"
Leo continued to knock on the door, speaking with a smile in his voice. The young girl had a particular fondness for food, and tempting her with food was the only effective tactic.
Holly swallowed her saliva and lightly bit her lip. Ultimately, under the temptation of delicious food, she crawled out slowly.
"Hungry?"
The bedroom door opened, revealing Holly's face. Leo looked at her with eyes full of laughter.
The young girl couldn't resist the temptation of good food and obediently came out.
"Yes."
Holly nodded; just hearing the names of the dishes Leo mentioned made her feel hungry.
No way, that's just how foodies are; they have a soft spot for good food.
