Bella didn't reply, and the driver sighed, "Only young girls like you, who don't have to worry about food or clothing, have the mind to feel like dying over love. In our times, even getting a full meal was tough, let alone having the energy to care about love or not. Anyway, a matchmaker would introduce us, if there was a mutual liking, we'd be together and live out our lives practically, without all the flashy stuff."
Bella sniffled, "Isn't mutual liking love?"
"Ah, back then we didn't know about these things." The driver boasted with a smile, "But now my wife and I get along pretty well. Although we do argue, sometimes we really get mad and have even threatened divorce when angry. But as soon as I think about her not having anyone to take care of her, I just can't bear it. My wife is the same. She scolds me fiercely, but still secretly prepares food and drinks for me, and waits for me to come home to eat and sleep together, it's wonderful."
