Bella Acker had thin skin and couldn't withstand Elaine's teasing, so her cheeks immediately flushed red.
"Oh, Ms. Flynn, don't make fun of me!" Bella quickly served beef and lamb to Ms. Flynn and Ms. Cheney, then, with her cheeks still red, picked up her bowl and buried her head in her food.
Elaine Vaughn and Sharon Cheney found her shy demeanor somewhat amusing.
Damian Sinclair put a fish ball in her bowl, "You've had so many snacks and now you're burying yourself in rice; be careful you don't get a stomach ache tonight."
"Mind your own business!" Bella pouted and glared at him, picked up the fish ball, popped it in her mouth, and chewed vigorously, imagining it was Damian she was biting.
Bad guy! Bad guy! Bad guy! I'll bite you to death!
"Cough! Cough!" She swallowed too forcefully and ended up choking herself.
