The Iron Dragon Lady glanced at the two dumbfounded hatchlings.
From Galos's words and expressions, she understood his intentions.
However, the Iron Dragon Lady had no intention of stopping him.
Regarding the conflicts among her offspring, unless it involved life and death, she would not interfere with ordinary bullying and oppression.
Moreover.
The two hatchlings eat and drink what belongs to her daily, and after they are full, they just wander around the territory without doing any meaningful work. It's about time they did something useful.
As for driving hatchlings or young dragons to mine for her.
The Iron Dragon Lady cannot bring herself to do it; she is wicked and cold-hearted but also adheres to her own rules.
But, having Galos do it is entirely reasonable.
"The problem is, your 'mine slaves' also live under my protection."
The Iron Dragon Lady's eyes glint as she gently shakes her tail.
Under her gaze, the Red Iron Young Dragon immediately said, "I'll provide you with an additional ten-pound slab of precious metal ore every month."
"Fine."
After silently contemplating for a few seconds, the Iron Dragon Lady nodded in agreement.
"Thanks, mother. If there's nothing else, I'll take my leave."
"Go do what you need to do."
Galos turned and walked towards the two hatchlings, halting in front of them.
"Samantha, Gordon."
Uttering the names of the Red Dragon Sister and Iron Dragon Brother, Galos narrowed his eyes slightly and said, "Come with me."
Both dragons displayed cautious expressions and did not move.
"What do you want?"
They asked.
"Of course, it's to make you mine for me."
Galos grinned.
"Why should we!"
The two hatchlings intensely refused, finally realizing that the 'mine slaves' Galos mentioned earlier referred to them.
"Because I'm stronger than you."
Before the words were finished, Galos lunged at the brother and sister pair.
Boom!
With a Giant Dragon collision, he directly knocked the Iron Dragon Brother flying.
As their scales collided, a dense shower of sparks erupted. Galos's Scale Armor was unyielding, with not a single flake displaced, whereas the Iron Dragon Brother's scales cracked and flew off in large chunks. The entire dragon was slammed against the metallic cavern wall, creating a muffled crash.
The Red Dragon Sister had just reacted.
Galos twisted his waist, and his long, blade-like scaled tail swung with a sharp whistling sound.
Boom!
The tail, imbued with immense strength, struck the Red Dragon Sister's shoulder, tearing off a layer of her scales upon contact, then sent her flying like a battered sack.
"If you don't behave, I'll hit you until you do."
Galos lifted his chin slightly, looking down on the two hatchlings he had just knocked down.
"Damn Galos, we'll show you who's stronger!"
The ferocity in the two hatchlings was ignited; the Dragon Race's resilient and strong bodies allowed them to endure Galos's previous attack as if nothing had happened.
With a roaring shout.
The two hatchlings, a year younger than Galos, charged at him from both sides.
With a year's age difference, normally it would be hard to face one against two.
However.
The Red Dragon Sister and Iron Dragon Brother were not like Galos. At a young age, he was aware of the importance of self-training, while they, like most hatchlings, believed that growing steadily would inevitably make them rulers one day, so they complacently neglected training.
But Galos.
Understood early that Dragons were not absolute rulers; the world was actually fraught with danger, and he started consciously strengthening himself.
"Hey, I'll teach you a lesson."
Galos shook his head, stepping forward to meet the two hatchlings.
Thud, thud, thud!
A series of muffled sounds of body collisions resonated continuously.
Three short minutes later.
The two fledgling dragons lay sprawled on the ground, belly up as if knocked out, covered in the marks of Galos's beating, their faces with Dragon Scales missing here and there, missing several teeth, even their dragon horns had been knocked askew.
As for Galos, not a single Dragon Scale had fallen.
Aside from some dust, the most severe injury was on the forearm, where Red Dragon Sister had viciously bitten, but due to Galos's exceptionally thick and hard Scale Armor, Red Dragon Sister's teeth were sore from biting, and she barely managed to break Galos's Scale Armor, leaving a row of small tooth marks without any blood seeping out.
Underneath the Dragon Scales, there's still a layer of dragon skin.
Red Dragon Sister hadn't even bitten into the dragon skin before Galos grabbed her dragon horns and yanked her head open for a good beating.
"My dear Galos, I look forward to your future performance."
Iron Dragon Lady flicked her tail with a crisp sound, indicating her satisfaction with Galos's performance.
In reality.
She had always admired Galos, the Mixed-blood Dragon, whose innate talent was stronger than normal members of the Dragon Race, and who was exceptionally dedicated to pursuing Power, showing great potential to become a major Evil Dragon.
Admiration aside.
Iron Dragon Lady wasn't willing to support Galos for nothing.
However, now that Galos was trading treasures for food and shelter, Iron Dragon Lady was quite happy to witness Galos's gradual growth.
As for the two fledglings who had been beaten so badly.
Iron Dragon Lady had no pity for them, instead thinking that they should reflect more on their own issues.
"Thank you for your concern, Mother."
Galos replied, then grabbed the tails of Red Dragon Sister and Tie Longdi, dragging them out of Iron Dragon Lady's lair.
The two fledgling dragons were knocked out cold by Galos, as heavy as dead weight.
Clutching their tails, flying to the lake in the center of the pit, Galos threw them down.
Plop! Plop!
Countless water splashes rose, the splattered water droplets glimmering with a crystalline sheen in the moonlight.
Galos flapped his Dragon Wings, circling in mid-air, staring at the lake below.
In just over ten seconds, two figures darted out of the water like their tails were on fire, and very deftly flew in different directions, trying to escape from Galos's grasp.
Galos flapped his Dragon Wings.
Under the cold moonlight, his pair of Dragon Wings were long and wide with a wingspan of a full twelve meters, twice his body length, the wing membrane incredibly tough, slicing through the air with a fierce noise, the edges sharp as blades, and shimmering with a chilly metallic luster.
Whoosh!
The sound of Dragon Wings slicing the air was like a sharp whistle, extremely piercing.
In the blink of an eye, Galos caught up with Red Dragon Sister, grabbed her tail, then spun her around, smashing her towards the escaping Tie Longdi.
Bam!
The two fledgling dragons fell together, hitting the ground and splattering stones and dust, cracks spreading around.
"Still running? I'll give you three seconds head start."
Galos folded his wings, landing in front of the two fledgling dragons.
Red Dragon Sister and Tie Longdi wore expressions of resignation, not daring to defy Galos any further.
Soon, Galos took them to his frequent training spot on Sun Mountain.
His sensitivity to metal minerals was sharp, and because he often came here, he sensed the presence of some metal ores, although the location was very deep.
Pointing in a direction, Galos ordered them to start digging.
Unwillingly, the two fledgling dragons surrendered under Galos's dominance and began digging obediently.
Crunch! Crunch!
The sound of dragon claws digging into rock echoed repeatedly.
Meanwhile, Galos flew up again and again, then folded his wings, letting his hefty body free-fall to embrace the earth, creating pit after pit on the surface.
This was a more intense training method than Sun Mountain.
—Sun Earth.
If the height wasn't grasped correctly, there was a risk of crippling oneself; Galos didn't train like this often.
But Iron Dragon Lady's 'expulsion' made Galos realize that he would have to face danger alone eventually, increasing his desire to become stronger.
The two fledgling dragons couldn't understand Galos's strange behavior, comforting themselves while begrudgingly digging into the mountain.
Red Dragon Sister spat out a stone, muttering quietly, "Galos has a screw loose, he's bound to cripple himself someday, then we'll be free."
Tie Longdi had just smashed through a hard rock with its dragon horns.
Shaking off the dust and rubble from its face, it vehemently agreed, "Not only will we be free, but we'll also force him to mine for us, dig up ore for us!"
The thought of tormenting Galos in the future, making him mine for them to accumulate treasures, painted a beautiful picture.
The two mining fledgling dragons didn't even feel tired, their mouths curled into a joyful arc, clawing at the ground even faster.
