As for root clone?
Deep in an isolated chamber warded against all disturbances, the Root clone sat cross-legged, body motionless as a statue. He had perfected control over the Death Element—withering touches, necrotic veils, essence-draining palms that could age flesh in seconds. Satisfied, his gaze turned inward.
Next: the Dream Element.
No grand motive drove the choice. Simply put, he hadn't slept in months—more than a year, perhaps, across all clones' shared memory. While the others forged, refined, or guarded, he could rest… and still progress.
"Efficient," he murmured with dry amusement. "No one can say I'm slacking."
He lay back on a simple mat, allowing true sleep to claim him for the first time since his birth. Dreams came swiftly—lucid, controllable landscapes shaped by his will. He began exploring: weaving dream threads, entering subconscious realms, tasting the subtle essence that governed illusion, memory, and possibility. The Dream Element stirred faintly, responding to his intent.
Work, disguised as rest.
Heart Clone?
With family training running smoothly and daily needs handled, the Heart clone found rare free hours. He decided to search some work. He browsed online forums, reread favorite novels, and reflected deeply.
In stories, those who glimpsed the future—through astrology, divination, or heavenly insight—always survived longest. They avoided hidden tribulations, seized fleeting opportunities, protected loved ones from unseen blades.
Even with their growing power, the Heart clone remembered a voice in his memory: "All things are possible."
Unknown beings, higher realms, cosmic laws beyond current sight—who knew what watched or waited?
Safety through foresight was wisdom, not fear.
He chose a new profession: A Divine sage
The Divine Sage is the Ultimate master in understanding the big picture of life—how events connect, why things happen, and what might come next. It builds on the ancient Indian science of Jyotisha (studying stars and planets) and the idea of ṛta (the natural order of the universe). This profession goes far beyond simple astrology. It's about clearly seeing the links between past actions (karma), planet positions, lucky timings, and the invisible causes behind everything that happens in life.
A true Divine Sage quietly reads these patterns and gently guides results in small ways, always staying in harmony with the greater flow of the universe.
But this all theoritical for now.
Lacking clear guides (both novels and mythology shrouded the path in mystery), he began practically:
- Nightly stargazing, mapping constellations and planetary movements.
- Studying ancient texts scanned from digital archives.
- Timing family activities to auspicious timing, noting subtle differences in outcomes.
Progress was slow but steady.
Then, one evening, a ripple of space announced a new arrival.
Third Eye Clone
The other clones were occupied. Only the Heart clone stood free.
"What are you doing?" the Third Eye clone asked calmly. "Need help?"
Heart clone nodded, transmitting memories of his budding Divine Sage profession in an instant.
"Join me. We'll build it together."
The newcomer inclined his head. "Good. Lets go."
They parted to their tasks—two minds now dedicated to this profession.
Ether Clone – Yutsa Valley, Eastern India
Far from Dark Haven, in the impenetrable valley now renamed Yutsa Valley, the Ether clone's greatest project reached completion.
From outside, the valley appeared unchanged—thick fog, anomalous readings, military cordons ringing the perimeter in frustration. Soldiers and scientists probed daily, yet none breached the invisible veil.
Inside, a masterpiece floated silently.
Name: Abode of the Sky
A breathtaking flying fortress—smaller in raw footprint than Dark Haven, yet infinitely more luxurious and refined.
Exterior:
Graceful spires of translucent light crystal rose like lotus petals, connected by arched walkways of living cloudstone that shifted gently with wind currents. The entire structure hovered motionless at a fixed spatial anchor, cloaked in layered illusion and spatial folds—completely invisible and undetectable from outside.
Interior:
Space expansion arrays multiplied internal volume tenfold—vast gardens of luminous herbs, cascading waterfalls fed by captured cloud essence, halls of polished moon-jade floors, chambers with walls that displayed shifting starfields or ocean vistas at will. Meditation pavilions floated in mid-air, libraries of projected ancient texts hovered accessibly, and training arenas adapted to any element on command.
Control Spire:
At the pinnacle rose a crystalline dome—theControl Chamber. From here, the fortress could:
- Drift silently on wind currents like a living cloud.
- Teleport short or long distances via spatial Vyuhas (still in final calibration).
- Descend to ground or ascend beyond atmosphere.
Though not yet fully mobile, It stood as a hidden heavenly retreat—ready for the family when the time came.
The Ether clone surveyed his work with quiet satisfaction, then returned focus to perfecting the teleportation array, which can connect with dark Haven fortress.
Across tasks, the clones advanced relentlessly.
Ankit's seclusion continued—Compressing third eye core.
The family grew stronger by the day.
