Chapter 46 - A Little Bigger Than Home

Ankit used his sensing power (40 km) to locate the underground fortress Sacral clone had made.

The location of the fortress was not far from the underground lake, just 20 km away.

But when Ankit sensed the size of the fortress, he was dumbstruck.

Ankit had only wanted a house big enough for his family to live in—just 1 hectare was enough.

But Sacral clone had made a fortress the size of 500 acres = 2 square kilometres.

Size comparison:

- Bigger than 200 football fields stacked together

- Same as 400 Delhi malls underground

- Taj Mahal? It could fit inside 50 times over

Ankit then used Terrain Glide to quickly reach the fortress. Sacral clone quickly came to report.

"One man built a city beneath the earth," Sacral clone reported proudly. "Normal people build houses. I build nations."

Ten kilometres deep, where pressure could crush submarines, yet the fortress stood firm, marble floors stayed warm. Red suns lit fields where wheat grew in 15 days. Fortress walls glowed, hiding rooms enough for entire villages.

Ankit scanned the fortress. He saw his and his family's rooms on the top floor, he saw the furniture, he saw the storage rooms full of crops...

After scanning, Ankit just uttered, "Good job. Even though this is excessive, I am impressed. I can't wait to see Mom, Dad, and Sanya's expressions."

Sacral clone just stood there, smiling.

Then Ankit said, "I'm going to sleep. You go tell Dad, Mom, Sanya that they should prepare to come here. They are going to live here."

Ankit then went to sleep in his room.

On the other side, Sacral clone used Terrain Glide to quickly reach home.

He told Solar clone all the information and returned to the underground fortress to do his daily routine.

_________

After getting the information, Solar clone quickly went to his family and said, "I've found a place to live safely. Even if a war happens, we will be safe. So you should prepare for the shift."

"Whattttt???"

Sanya, Kamal, and Neelam were all shocked. When did this happen? Where did it happen?

Solar clone repeated calmly, "I've found a place to live safely. Even if a war happens, we will be safe. So you should prepare for the shift."

"Whattttt???" Sanya jumped from the bed. Kamal dropped the newspaper. Neelam froze mid‑stirring tea.

Sanya, Kamal, and Neelam all stared at him.

"When? Where? How?!" Sanya grabbed the clone's arm and asked.

Neelam whispered, "War‑safe? Like a bomb shelter?"

"Better. Nuclear proof. Essence‑powered," the clone said calmly. "Pack clothes and important stuff. We move tonight. But before going, tell the neighbours we're moving to our village home. Say goodbye properly."

Kamal nodded slowly. "Village story… smart. No one will ask questions or get suspicious."

Neelam started packing clothes. "What do we take? Everything?"

"Basics only. That place has everything—food, water, furniture," Solar clone replied. "Laptop, important papers, family photos."

Sanya texted her friends: "Family emergency. Moving to village. Bye!"

Neighbours knocked later. "Village? Take care!" No suspicion.

The family packed three suitcases total, locked the home, closed the electric board, and did all necessary things.

Then Solar clone led them outside.

To make the neighbours believe their story, they left in the car.

Their destination: mountain range, hut.

After reaching the hut, they got out of the car and headed toward it.

Kamal looked around, curious. "So where is the place? This bunker you built—is it in this mountain range?"

"Yes. I'll take you there now," Solar clone replied calmly.

The clone led the family into the hut. They stepped inside with the car parked outside. "Hold steady."

Solar clone used his elemental control technique to control the earth elements. The ground rumbled softly.

A protective semicircle of stone rose around the hut and car, sealing them perfectly.

Gentle dive. The circle submerged into the ground like an elevator—smooth, no jolt. The family felt only soft motion. The 10 km descent took two minutes.

On the surface, everything looked perfectly normal. Grass regrew instantly.

No car, no hut. Just empty land.

Inside the semicircle: "Welcome to your new home," the clone smiled. Then he removed the stone circle. His family now stood outside the door of the underground fortress.

From the wide‑open gate they saw their "new home."

Seeing the new home, they were dumbfounded.

They questioned themselves: *Is this our new home? Is this even real?*

They looked at each other's faces and then turned to Solar clone for answers.

"Yes, this is our new home—just a 'little bigger' than our previous house," the clone said, enjoying his family's expressions.

All three thought simultaneously: *Little bigger…*

"THIS LITTLE BIGGER?!" they shouted at Solar clone.

Kamal: "At least 500 acres underground?! You're insulting our intelligence by calling this little bigger!"

Neelam: "Bigger than the entire village! And you dare call it a 'bunker'?"

Sanya: "Brother, are we idiots to you?"

"Safety first. Size… bonus," Solar clone said, smiling.
