Chapter 98 - Chapter: Time Out and Solar Expansion

I sat back in my chair, arms crossed, glaring at the empty space outside my office window. Officially, I was "on restriction." No walking around the Foundation, no unsanctioned projects, and certainly no new toys in the multiverse without oversight. My little rebellion with the Star Destroyers had earned me a few days in what they politely called a "time out."

Isaac Newton now controlled Site‑19. A little irritating, sure, but hardly a loss. My crown jewel, Site‑999, still pulsed with power under my control. Everything I needed was there: my Infinity Stones, my SCPs, my armies, my cloned scientists, and now, the orbital Star Destroyers ready to defend Earth or colonize planets at my whim.

The other five members had finally agreed: colonizing Mars was officially sanctioned. Grand Admiral Thrawn had already begun preparations for Martian settlements, and the Star Destroyers would serve as both protection and logistical support. A solar expansion plan was quietly unfolding, all while I was technically grounded.

I tapped a finger on the armrest, smirking. Restrictions didn't mean much when you were a supergenius with multiverse-level knowledge. My mind was already racing through new projects, improvements for the Star Destroyers, and the next steps in my solar colonization plan.

Time out or not, the Foundation didn't know what I was capable of. They could limit my physical movement, but my mind? Untouchable.

I was already three steps ahead, planning, calculating, and preparing. Mars would be mine, and soon enough, the rest of the solar system wouldn't be far behind. Restrictions were just minor speed bumps in the path of a supergenius.

After all, even in time out, the Administrator always wins.
