Chapter 86 - Chapter 86 – The Arrival of Genius

With Site 999 fully operational and the Imperial Fleet Initiative underway, it was time to address the next critical requirement: talent. Resources, tools, and technology were nothing without brilliant minds wielding them. And thanks to months of restraint, my stockpile of system points had grown to absurd levels. Enough to draft the architects of entire universes.

If Site 999 was to be the heart of the Foundation, its pulse needed to be powered by unparalleled intelligence.

So I began recruiting.

The first talent I acquired was one of the finest human minds ever conceived in fiction or reality:

Lex Luthor.

A 12th-level intellect—a genius who could grasp concepts like the Anti-Life Equation, reverse-engineer alien technology overnight, and create monstrosities like Doomsday in his spare time. In pure scientific brilliance, no ordinary human in the DC universe even came close.

And the best part?

He was absurdly cheap—only 2000 points.

Honestly, a steal.

Luthor materialized in one of the intake chambers, immediately analyzing surroundings, infrastructure, scanning personnel, calculating hierarchies, and deducing my rank within seconds. He didn't bow, didn't panic—he simply understood.

I liked him already.

I assigned him to the Advanced Theoretical Sciences Division, where he could begin dissecting cosmic math, restructuring our AI frameworks, and working on weapons that could threaten interdimensional entities. His mind alone would push Site 999 decades ahead with every week he worked.

He received Class 3 clearance.

For now.

Next, I turned my attention to someone from a very different world:Kabuto Yakushi.

Chakra medic. Spy. Sage. Genius of body manipulation and biological warfare.A man who could rewrite DNA like it was clay and resurrect armies with a flick of his hand.

His talent profile was absurd:

• Mastery of medical ninjutsu• Perfect-field espionage skills• Enhanced Sage Mode perception• Ability to manipulate chakra, souls, and bodies• Impure World Reanimation• Encyclopedic biological knowledge• Strategic intelligence rivaling Orochimaru himself

Kabuto joined Orochimaru in the Biomagical Research Wing, essentially turning that department into the most dangerous biological think tank in existence. Together, they could reshape life itself, create improved clones, understand anomalous DNA, and possibly breach the boundary between chakra and magic.

He too received Class 3 clearance.

Then came the third mind:Senku Ishigami.

The kid who rebuilt civilization from stone with nothing but a brain and stubbornness.Senku wasn't as flashy as Luthor or as dangerous as Kabuto, but his scientific versatility, problem-solving skills, and ability to produce results from nothing made him priceless.

His talents were extensive:

• Encyclopedic scientific knowledge• Engineering genius• Improvisational invention• Eidetic memory• Resourcefulness in low-tech environments• Leadership and teaching ability• Strategic planning• Mechanical craftsmanship

Senku walked into Site 999 with a look of awe that lasted exactly four seconds before he started listing improvements to my ventilation system. I assigned him to the Industrial Science & Applied Engineering Wing, where his knack for turning scraps into miracles would accelerate our manufacturing and infrastructure projects.

Class 3 clearance for him as well.

With all three geniuses recruited, I dispatched each to their new research sectors. Luthor would push theoretical science beyond its limits. Kabuto would elevate biological manipulation to something approaching divinity. Senku would revolutionize fabrication and efficiency. All three would operate under my authority as Site Director, each contributing to the long-term plan of turning Site 999 into an apex research hub unmatched in any universe.

The facility was now filled with more brilliance, ambition, and danger than any one place should ever hold.

Exactly how I wanted it.
